What a beautiful yogic experience! I had the pleasure of taking Megan’s restorative class tonight. The space, the abundance of props available, and the warm environment created the perfect setting to disconnect from the outside world. Megan gently guided us on our journey inward, with each cue helping to quiet my mind. She gave excellent instructions on how to safely and comfortably enter and exit each pose, and encouraged us to truly listen to our bodies. This experience was a 10 out of 10, and I simply cannot wait to return!

Nice variety of techniques and times. I love that all the teachers are passionate about learning and sharing tips about anatomy, posture, breathing, mind/body connection, etc. Very reasonably priced too.

I love everything about Weaverville Yoga. First, they have the best teachers. In particular, I have been lucky to be a student of Barbara's for more than a year. She's very knowledgeable, attentive, giving, and fun. A true angel. The studio is spacious, very well-equipped, clean, quiet, and has a lot of large windows. They offer classes every day, all day long, for all different types of students. The location is very convenient, and the parking is never a problem. The fees are reasonable and they offer several pricing options.

New in town and just beginning to root down. I took Barbara’s class today and it was exceptional. I was welcomed warmly by all of the other students who were in attendance and also another teacher taking the class. Barbara’s class was inviting and accessible to all! I can’t wait to attend another.

Pilates with Alicia is amazing! As a beginner at Pilates, I was a little nervous to join the class, but I’m so glad I did! Alicia created such a fun and welcoming environment, while also leading a great workout! I will definitely be back!

When I found Weaverville Yoga I felt like I had found a home. The studio is welcoming to students of all levels and experience. The instructors are fantastic. There are a variety of classes to experience and when I cannot get to the studio my membership gives me the opportunity to participate via live stream and access to a library of recorded classes.

The Weaverville yoga studio is a lovely peaceful, welcoming place. I found it very clean and bright and most of all a very safe place to be, even during the pandemic because we all had to show proof we had our vaccinations and wore masks as well as enough distance between us. I found everything was thoughtfully done to ensure our health was protected. All teacher are amazing, and knowledgeable I recommend it to everyone. I never felt better. I am sure your mind and body will thank you.

It’s unfortunate they require people to be vaccinated. I respect everyone’s view on what’s happening, AND no one should be forced to do something they don’t feel safe doing. Especially with a vaccine that hasn’t been proved to work and that hasn’t been tested long term. I can appreciate wanting to keep people safe but the vaccine hasn’t prevented people from getting sick.

I have been attending Weaverville Yoga studio for years. It has been my calm oasis in the busyness of life. I bring family and friends whenever I can to share my happy place.
Recently, my daughter got married at our home in Weaverville. Her request to have a yoga session with Barbara to start her wedding day was met with enthusiasm. Since the studio was occupied that morning, Barbara came to our home.
Our yoga session with Barbara was intimate, peaceful, and aligned our spirits with the purpose of the day. Thank you Barbara for your gentle, uplifting, and meditative practice. You are a gem!

Weaverville Yoga is a wonderful studio. The teachers are kind and compassionate; they really care about the students. Barbara and Jay have worked so hard to make classes available to everyone during the past year and now have decorated a lovely new larger space upstairs from the old studio. It's such a pleasure to return to in-person classes there!

A sweet yoga studio in the heart of downtown Weaverville - beautiful space and a STRONG selection of teachers and variety of classes. They went to great lengths to serve their clients during COVID with online classes and communication. I'm an appreciative practitioner.

Lovely yoga studio with a wide variety of yoga styles on offer. This is the kind of warm-hearted space that embraces all kinds of bodies and all kinds of levels of experience. I especially love Barbara's Anahata class, which is a heart-opening, gentle practice. They've pivoted to online for covid, and I'm thrilled that they may open back in-person soon now that vaccinations in the local community are going very well.

Barbara's YOGA class has made a big impact on my daily health. Because of her excellent online classes, I went from a 1x/week Yoga practice to 3x/week. In the privacy of my home, yet feeling connected to her guidance and wisdom, I have felt my body get stronger, my aches disappearing, and a general sense of well being. So grateful to Weaverville Yoga!
