I've been training with Bill since late Oct 2020. I started with 3 sessions a week, and quickly progressed to 6 sessions a week. I honestly am in the best shape of my life. Bill is the perfect combination of challenging and encouraging. I call it "sweat therapy" - because it's so good for me mentally and physically. He's been incredibly accommodating to both my schedule (which can be a bit erratic as a fulltime programmer and mom of 3) and my level of fitness as I've progressed. He's believed in me even when I haven't. I've not had this kind of consistent training my whole life. I truly look forward to our sessions. I'm so grateful to have found Bill!!

I've been training off and on with Bill for around five years now and have referred a number of people to him. He has a strong knowledge of kinesiology and osteology, and always tailors his workouts directly to his clients - he can even design programs around injuries and medical conditions. He'll research anything he doesn't have background in and pepper you with questions until he understands exactly what the issue is.
The gym is also very welcoming; he trains all kinds of people at all fitness levels, you're likely to see everyone from MMA fighters to retirees to children to local celebrities working out, which gives it a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Bill is a great trainer. Working on strength, in our 5 week program, we saw a 15% increase which was was amazing.
Keep in mind he also trains bjj and mma as well, so there is plenty to learn from him.

I have been training with Bill since March 2018. I started with him to start muscle gain, but we quickly had to change gears, as a previous athletic injury in my back, from before training with Bill, necessitated surgery. Bill aided my recovery process in similar fashions to my occupational therapist, and I was able to transition back to muscle and strength gain by the end of 2018.
From there, he has consistently pushed my physical limits- methodically, with reason to his methods, and never yelling or attacking my progress. From the finesse work he did while I was in recovery to the conditioning work I am currently involved in, Bill has always remained consistent and attentive.
I want to not cheat on a rep and am willing to increase my difficulty, because he shows me respect in everything that I do. When I have to reschedule due to my work, or need to workout within the allocated time of another client, we are given equal priority and he is able to assist multiple individuals with consistent levels of scrutiny.
I would recommend Bill as a trainer to anyone. I have seen him work with children, adults with special needs, people who pursue fitness professionally, and many in-between. Firm but fair, serious in commitment but jovial in attitude, always striving for excellence in his clients, Bill is a fantastic trainer and motivator.

I have been wanting to try something different as my regular routine didn't seem to be delivering the results I was looking for, so I decided to use WILD BILL. Bill's personal training is one of a kind. He teaches you the proper technique to avoid injuries and he is super knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body. The results have been amazing and I find myself more motivated to work out, but more importantly, i feel more focused and motivated at WORK!
