This yoga studio was a great find in Rocky Mount, NC! Jessica, the teacher, taught to all levels of our group. The class was strenuous, challenging, and spiritual. She had all the props there and even had mats to rent.
What a gorgeous setting. We usually stay at River and Twine tiny houses at the Mill and look forward to our next trip!
