I've been going here for about a year now and it's a good gym if you are a beginner. There's not a lot of equipment and if something breaks it sits broken for months. There's a hole in the wall by the landmine where someone must have hit it with the barbell that's been there since I became a member. Overall there's not a lot of space to do anything. They move around the equipment I'm assuming to make more space but no matter what you feel like you are on top of anyone around you. Most people there are friendly but you can tell there's a lot of judgmental members and trainers there if you are actually trying to workout and not just chat for an hour.

After being a member since day 1, I got tired of showing up at 5am to be greeted by a malfunctioning door and canceled my membership. I've brought things to management attention like the posted threatening letter if you let a non member in to the cleaning checklist posted from months ago with no action taken. So it's so long to Workout "Anytime" (well, anytime the door will open). We had a good run!

The 2 stars are for the business MODEL. I'd give it 0 for integrity. I was told I would be refunded my deposit if I changed my mind about joining and informed them within 3 days. I let them know I had changed my mind within 48 hours and never got the refund promised. A lower-level manager reported for several days that he was trying to get me reimbursed, until finally I was told it was against their policy to refund me, and that, "corporate never told us that was the policy". The high-pressured sales pitch, bolstered by a false promise, covered under a lame excuse is bad business.

I saw an ad on instagram for a free 6 week training program with this gym. I put in my contact information and scheduled an appointment. Eddie the trainer showed me around the gym, and at the end of the tour explained to me that the first step to the 6 week program was to sign up for a membership. I told him the ad stated this was a free program, and I wouldn’t have even came out otherwise. Eddie told me corporate puts out the ads, so they aren’t even sure what they’re advertising, but he did offer me 1 free training session. Eddie was great, but overall the false advertisement is my reason for this review. I am now getting endless spam emails as it appears they sold my information to other companies.

I paid this gym membership for over 2 years and completed the contract with no missed payments. I moved away from Kannapolis and was not able to cancel the membership in person so they continued to try to bill me and now have reported it to my credit report. They make it impossible to cancel so be careful before signing up. Also the gym is tiny with a bunch of high school kids taking up most of the free weight equipment after 5.

I joined this gym a little over a month ago and it’s been a huge part of my move to Kannapolis! When I found our house we just purchased I immediately looked up gyms in the area and low and behold I found my all time favorite gym. It just seemed meant to be and I could not be happier with this specific location. The staff is friendly (cleaning nearly every time I come in) they are prompt with helping if you have any questions concerns or need to tan! The equipment is all in perfect working order and easily accessible due to the large quality of machines they have so you can get any type of workout in. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will continue to be a member for the foreseeable future god willing. I highly recommend joining and changing your life for the better of your health!

My daughters went to enroll today and the girl that was at the front desk was not helpful at all!!!! She had her headset on took her a few minutes to get off her phone and then had the nerves to ask my daughter if she wanted to take a tour of the place by herself. My daughter denied the self tour and the girl decided to give it to them she told my girls everything was self explanatory!!! Horrible customer service this place will not see a dime from me or my two daughters !!! She allowed them to walk out without even trying to sell them any type of membership and gave them a nasty attitude!!! She should be fired!!!

Place is nice and clean, staff are fantastically nice, I really enjoyed working out there. But then I had to cancel my membership because of health reason and surgeries. It's been almost a year later and I'm still getting billed by ABC financials, a third party. I've called multiple times, I've gone there in person multiple times, they club has on record that I cancelled my membership on October 22, yet I am still getting billed. I cancelled my credit card and now they're threating to send me to collections for past dues. The club keeps saying well they had turn over and something didn't get processed right. I'm at the point of getting lawyers involved. I loved the gym I hate the way they do business and billing. Buyer beware.

Will never be back to this place!!!!! I was signed up in the one in Kannapolis Nc before covid hit. When Covid hit i lost my job tried to call them and no one ever got back to me! I have been going to this gym for about 3 months now , I previously switched from planet fitness . Since I’ve been here I’ve definitely noticed a massive change in not only my body but also the motivation to go workout . I used to love this place. Then I bought a personal training package. I was told I could purchase 4 sessions @$35 each totalling $140. They say everything you want to hear to sign you up and say they'll give you 3 personal training sessions a week when you tell them your work schedule up front then after you sign up they inform you of specific hours the gym is staffed to do those sessions. Then they don't care if you can't get to your sessions due to work or injury making you unable to utilize them, they will still charge you the money each month. Then when you want nothing more to do with them because of this they won't refund your sessions. So they have my money and no services to provide. That is a terrible business practice. How can you keep money for unused services? Bottomline, don't get into a personal training with them.

Being able to access the gym 24/7 is very convenient. They have a decent variety of equipment including free weights. If the equipment breaks they work to get it fixed in a timely manner. The prices are reasonable, however, there are hidden fees including a fee for obtaining and activating the 24hr access card which i don't recall being advertised on the website, nor was I told about until I said yes to joining. The gym is kept clean for the most part with the exception of dust build up on the lower parts of the machines. For the most part I like this gym.

I went in to ask for the pricing of the gym. They gave me about 5 different prices and It was like paying three times a month.
