Update: As a 37 year old elder millennial, I regularly use the facilities for my regulated bowel movements as a form of preworkout ritual.
Let me preface by saying the men's bathroom here is always immaculate so kudos to the team. However, sometime during the night when staff isn't present, another alleged gentleman clogged the toilet without doing due diligence utilizing the company provided plunger.
About 6 minutes into my Tiktok scrolling, I could hear the Titanic theme playing. Water began cascading from under my stall door as I realized the worst.
My morning workout began with leg raises as I didn't want to track the biohazard leftovers into the main exercise room.
I cleaned up the best I could, including but not limited to, providing the hemleich maneuver to the strangled commode.
Unfortunately, the janitor door was locked and I could not mop up the remainder.
God speed to first shift this morning. May the odds forever be in your favor.

Recently moved to town. So glad that this gym is very nice. It's clean and has loads of equipment - both free weights and nautilus type machines. Also plenty of treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. Staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. Plenty of availability for private sessions too. I have not done that yet.

You pay only to be disaapointed staff is not on hand to use services you want and if they do have staff its not hours that fit working and early folks. You would expect someone 5am - 8 pm to service those folks. While the 24 hours is great if all you want is tge gym side and none of the other things they advertise and you pay for. Saturdays and sundays no one may show up.. look at your gym options before committing here

Was great when I joined a year and a half ago but quickly going down hill. The staff is A+ and always has been wonderful, but the facility is not being maintained. The locker door in the men's locker room was ripped off roughly 8 months ago and it still hasn't been replaced, one of the sinks in the men's room one of the full body massage chairs and beds has been broken for months (Sink and message bed have been fixed). I paid for the year up front, so I am going to keep coming, but if nothing gets fixed, the YMCA would be a better bang for my buck when my membership comes due.

Update: I am aware that the gym manager has upchanneled these needed repairs, but it's above his pay grade to get them approved to be fixed.

The gym itself is nice but I don’t recommend it since you’re locked into a contract. They also make you give your bank information instead of letting you pay with credit card. This location does not offer the basic plan and only offers the $35/month plan.

I never much liked going to the gym. I always felt intimidated by the environment and just not really the right person to be there. But this is the only gym I’ve ever joined I actually like going to. Very clean, helpful staff, and not once but twice now have I seen groups of friends helping other friends at the beginning of their fitness journey here, something I haven’t really observed anywhere else. I think that says a lot about the culture they cultivate here that really everyone is welcome and everyone can get healthy. Extra features are great too, like massage beds and sauna. Love this place and would highly recommend.

I'm from out of town and from the moment I contacted this gym I have had a great experience. I reached out prior to coming into town to check into day passes. They're very fairly priced and include tanning.

Arrived today, the check in process was easy and quick.The two guys up front were super friendly and very informative!

It is a VERY nice and clean facility. Not crowded around 4pm, more than enough equipment to go around! People weren't having to wait for machines for long, if at all!

The staff seemed plentiful on the floor, but not in the annoying, pushy way. They seemed be there to simply ensure the safety and comfortability of guests, which is so awesome in a gym enviornment!

Hit the tanning bed, which is a clean yourself deal typical for gyms. However, the room was clean, the bed was very nice and I felt well stocked with cleaning supplies.

Overall, this was an awesome experience. I look forward to having a clean, safe gym to hit whenever we are in town!

Love the hours, and has nice equipment. The employees are friendly and helpful. Reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the locker room. The changing room has a very narrow curtain where it leaves a gap at both sides when closed. No privacy whatsoever. That being said, in the ladies locker room there was a gentleman cleaning the bathroom with the stall door closed. I'm not complaining about a man cleaning in there just at least post a cleaning in progress sign or something. My guy would of been scarred for life if I was in the middle of changing clothes 🫣

Disappointed in the personal trainer side of things, which was the primary reason I joined this gym. I asked about trainer pricing before I joined and was told that they give pricing during the first session, and that the first session is included with my gym membership. So I signed up and scheduled my first session. What they didn't tell me was that it was yet another sales pitch. The trainer was super nice but we didn't step on the gym floor once. We didn't discuss her certifications and since we didn't touch a single piece of equipment, I have no idea if she's able to help me reach my goals. I left very disappointed and feeling like I was tricked.
