Rebecca is amazing! She’s really teaching me so much about nutrition, portion size and control, and tons about working out, changing things up with different moves and slight variations, and challenging yourself with different weights, bands, and the yoga ball. (I never thought I would feel comfortable on a yoga ball, but I love it!) She provides us with videos of how to perform workouts in between sessions and is continually providing enthusiasm and support for our journeys. She has recipes and even videos of how to make a variety of foods that are actually really tasty but good for you.

The thing I love the most is the supportive environment Rebecca creates between her and the clients and within the clients, as we cheer each other on. She provides us with devotionals that are so inspiring and remind you of what’s important. Rebecca really cares about her clients and provides a completely unique environment that is wellness-focused for your mind and body.

I have been working with Rebecca for 6 months. She designed a program just for my need, which is to gain muscle and strength as I age. Not only does she focus on the workout, she also focuses on what I eat. I have to log my food, water intake, and steps I take, all in one app. She checks in with me weekly, and always sends words of encouragement for every step I took. She is truly a “personal” trainer! 6 months in, I feel stronger, more confident, and enjoy every workout (one-on-one and group class) I had with her. I definitely like working out with Rebecca more than any of the gym membership I had in the past. Highly recommend Rebecca!

Hey Rebecca,

I just wanted to give you a big shoutout for working some kind of miracle on my wife, Mendy. Seriously, it’s like I married a superhero in training. Watching her dedication and hard work to get fit has been amazing, it’s almost like she’s discovered a secret power-up.

Whatever you’re doing, don’t stop, because she’s not just sticking to her goals… she’s thriving! Seeing her transformation has been so inspiring, and it means the world to both of us (even if she doesn’t know I’m saying this).

This program is the best thing I've ever done for myself. I needed help with losing weight and eating healthier as I'm getting older. I saw this platform checked it out, talked with Rebecca the trainer. With that I started the program in August 2024, my weight is down, I feel better and I am super happy with the price. I wasn’t sure how a personal trainer would work out for me especially since it was my first time and virtual. I had also been struggling with some health issues that made my body ache. Rebecca is amazing! I've done the video group classes; the prices were really affordable and the sessions were great. Becky is so great at personalizing a workout that fits what your goals, lifestyle and time. I didn't think I had enough time to make progress toning with a very busy family, but she was able to write workouts for me I could fit in here and there and I saw results every month I stuck to the plan. I am so grateful for Workout Moms Fitness! I am feeling so much better physically, mentally, and emotionally since I started this program! I had no idea that getting Rebecca's help to start focusing and working on my physical health would then help me to think and feel so much better! I am walking, jogging, working out, drinking more water, and eating healthier most every day and it is making a really huge difference from the inside out! Workout Mom's Fitness has allowed me to take back control of my health and especially my body.
