My son is Autistic and sometimes has a hard time fitting in. Code Ninjas quickly became one of his safe places. They are super kind and patient with him and he loves all the coding and content they offer here. Would highly recommend to anyone considering putting their child in a coding program.

We checked in at approximately 6:15 PM on Friday, January 24, 2025. After a quick change of clothes and a few minutes to get ready, we left for the evening, spending only 15-20 minutes in our rooms. As Platinum tier members, we typically enjoy welcome gifts and room upgrades, but this time was different.
Upon check-in, the clerk informed us that only the member who booked the room could receive the welcome gift, and it would only apply to the room they were staying in. This has never been an issue for us before during our travels across America, Europe, Canada, and the Tropics. We were confused and disappointed to be denied these benefits without a clear explanation.
To make matters worse, upon our return, we discovered that one of the two rooms we booked had a filthy restroom (unflushed human waste)This experience was far from what we expect from a hotel of your reputation, especially as loyal members of your rewards program.

I have tried every way possible to book a stay and play package with this resort. They never answer the phone for bookings. I have been forced to leave voice mails and have never received a call back. I have left multiple email inquiries and never received a response. Their website "live Chat" doesn't even work. I can only imagine how awful the stay and play experience will be if this is how the booking process is. We will happily be staying and golfing elsewhere. Do not waste your valuable time, like I did.

My gram lived in the world golf village and EVERY SINGLE POND had over a dozen dead fish in them and around them in peoples yards, constant vultures, the entire place smells like death, even the pond at the reverb Church, and that was probably in the worst condition, and the amount of HOA fees she was paying just for there to be dead fish spread across the entire development. The place is really gross. I had to come back and edit my review because I'm just so absolutely disgusted by the conditions that they're keeping the ponds in my I feel so bad for the wildlife here, the deer won't even drink out of the ponds. And I'll be coming back to edit this review again with pictures of just a glimpse of how disgusting it is.

Our son Santiino love this camp. It was very hard to get him to break away and leave for the day. He wanted to finish his 3D drawing of a character from "Murder Drones" N. Seeing him all excited to learn something new, makes my wife and I super happy. Regards, Erika and Todd R.

Clean, safe, and comfortable with a very helpful and friendly staff. Knocked off one star only due to being charged $12 per day for parking which is outside in an enormous parking lot where general parking is available for free to others for the day (?)
Overall, a very good experience as I traveled south to Miami. The shuttle into St. Augustine and the map were very helpful. I ate two nights at the bar. Not the most expansive menu but it hit the spot. Definitely recommend this as a good place to stay during your travels.

I was immensely impressed with the quality of the customer service that I received when I arrived at this hotel. Every member of the staff was most eager to help me with any of my questions and needs. The porter not only directed me to the front desk but personally escorted me so that I would be sure to find it. There was always someone around to assist if you have any needs whatsoever. It was a breath of fresh air to find an establishment nowadays where the staff is truly going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. My congratulations and appreciation to the staff and management of this hotel.

Do NOT allow them to assign you to room 819. Horrible sewer gas emits from the toilet which is not properly set. A ton of caulk used around the base of toilet to compensate for proper setting. Had to purchase air freshener & constantly keep balcony door open for fresh air. Chipped/Rust areas in tub. Dirty grout. Bed was comfortable. Grounds were well kept.

Drove 6 hours from Georgia to play and got there and was charged $250.00 to play 18 holes!!???
Was overcharged just because it was the week of the players. Funny how we played the next day at another course and it was just as nice if not nicer for $60!!! Great job guys

Well…. We were a group of 3 families with 8 teenagers (12-16). We met at your hotel because we were told it was “family oriented” upon our arrival we were greeted with the info that your hot tub was broken and unusable and your pool heater was out. We accepted this and tried to make the best of our stay. Being parents that were trying to keep their kids off devices and engaged with their friends we let them explore the hotel playing tag on the floors which were visible from the lobby where the adults were watching and enjoying each others company. We were approached by a woman who was the manager who threatened to call the police on our children for playing in the halls. I like to add that this occurred at 7:20 PM. Not midnight or even 10pm. 7:20. In todays day and age trying to keep kids Occupied and away from devices is enough. Mind you these aren’t little children. We as parents were all in the lobby and excited they were engaging with each other. Your hotel provided no outlet for them to be outside with the pool and the hot tub being broken and yet threatened police intervention on kids? For playing? Do better. Horrible experience all around. I trust the Marriott brand exclusively with my travel stays were are extensive. Either way this was a horrible experience all around.

World Golf Village is a golf resort and home to several private communities located in St. Augustine, Florida. It was created by the PGA Tour. It offers different accommodation choices, two championship golf courses, a PGA TOUR Stop, and a Murray Bros. Caddyshack Restaurant. It is open to the public and welcomes overnight guests and day visitors.
Some of the features of World Golf Village Florida are:
The King & Bear: This is the only golf course in the world that has been co-designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. It has a mixture of two different design styles: an open, links-style layout on the front nine and a more traditional Florida golf on the back nine. It is a “driver’s” course that challenges the skill and power of the players2.
The Slammer & Squire: This course was designed by architect Bobby Weed along with Hall of Fame Members Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. It is a well-groomed course that preserves the area’s natural beauty and showcases the unspoiled wooded areas, wetlands and coquina rock. It is a course that rewards good shot making while offering views of the Hall of Fame.

World Golf Village is a ritzy area with a PGA golf course and housing community all within the manicured landscaping of the village. Several beautiful lakes are scattered around. The museum and IMAX theater are now officially closed, sadly, as well as many of the shops in that area of the village. It is still a lovely place to visit with a hotel on the property and the always fun Buccees across the street, both right off of I-95.

Absolutely one of the best places & people working here! Gorgeous views of the golf course and pool! From the first greeting from John with his escort golf cart service to Brandon at the front office (who went above & beyond). Then Amanda & Kelly at the Villagio Bar being so sweet & accommodating! The service is top notch. I will be BACK! Close to anything in St. Augustine & highway to Jacksonville.

During my visit to Pet Paradise, I was immediately taken aback by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff's genuine love and care for animals were evident as they greeted my furry friend with open arms. The facility was impeccably clean, and the spacious play areas allowed my pet to socialize and have a great time with other four-legged companions. The range of activities and services offered, from grooming to interactive toys, ensured that my pet was pampered and entertained throughout the stay. I felt reassured knowing that my beloved companion was in such capable hands, and I left with a sense of satisfaction, knowing that Pet Paradise had provided an exceptional experience for both me and my pet.

If you love golf, don’t come here. What a disappointment. HOF needs a full facelift.
But the worst part is the golf. Not the courses necessarily, but the play and management. Honestly one of the worst run facilities I’ve ever played. Pace of play - horrendous. You might expect it to be slow but no effort at all to regulate. Some of the worst golf I’ve seen, people who clearly have never played, all stacked up 3 or 4 groups on a hole.
It’s just a terrible experience. And for what they charge there are so many better options in the area. Heck we played the TPC courses earlier in the week, the Dye Valley course cost less and was 10x the experience.
If you love golf, skip this place.

If you like golf and movie stars and famous celebrities you should spend some time in the museum. The village itself is showing some age but much credit goes to the staff for keeping this once great destination in good shape. The gold coarse looked beautiful. The building was very impressive for a spectacular view of N Fl this was the place. It reminded me of the top of the capital building in Tallahassee. Every direction offered a great view. Back to the museum and what an incredible collection of photos and memorabilia. The video of Bob Hope and all the pictures was amazing. The video of Tiger Woods was equally impressive. The lockers offered a glimpse into the golfers view of what they’re career means to them. Definitely a great opportunity to take a look back at the past and appreciate what some many have done.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, clean, everything was were they said it would be. Our room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool was great. The lobby and amenities were great. The elevator was...well it worked but it wasn't in good shape. The issue my husband and I had came down to the review process. The man doing it was very kind and personable. His boss as he indicated she was to us was were our problem came from. She very bluntly told us "I'm not sure why you were invited here". She also to usher us out faster told my husband "look lets make it look like you all weren't here and be done". I was flabbergasted at her comments and it left a really bad taste in our mouths. We were gifted this time by family members who own the timeshare and they were less then pleased to hear about the way we were treated. I can't say we would come back here if given the opportunity. Also it should be noted that we were told the golf museum is going to be permanently closing so if you're coming for that you may want to get in while it's still open.

Very disappointed in this resort, we checked in early was told room wasn’t ready but she reserved our room on the 5th fl over looking the pool. They call, room was ready on The 4th fl looking over the marsh. I call
And was told it was because we checked in early with attitude…..makes no sense. Room wasn’t clean at all. Floor cracked terrible
Did our meeting and was lied Too, couldn’t take the paperwork from the
offer because we said no to the offer… then got the attitude. It was a waste of our points.

Well........owned by Bluegreen vacations. Got hooked at Bass Pro Shops(their partner). Was supposed to be a promotional package, great deal, but when booking, it's a time share/vacation club. You buy a points package. 20,000 points for about 2 weeks worth of points a year. $44,000+. Monthly payments around$ 800. Complete sticker shock. Cheapest was 6000 points. $14000+. $350 monthly. But you get this and that for cheaper rates. I'll find my own deals for them prices. Numbers, numbers, numbers. 4 hours later, you'll sign something just so they'll stop. Oh yeah- yearly maintenance fees $1000 for the cheapest package at 5% increase per year. More expensive packages quadruple your yearly maintenance fees. World of Golf Renaissance is nice. In dining isn't cheap but everything has been very good. Service is excellent, the staff has been great. Room clean. Balcony was dirty. Very loud from inside the hotel due to a huge lobby, bar, and just crowded. Saving grace was a smokers cove right out front. Mainly for the high dollar cigar elite, but I was glad I could enjoy an old fashion cigarette. Thanks for that.

Very disappointed. I stay at holiday inns frequently and I choose them over other hotels because they are normally very clean and have a great breakfast. This must be a franchise or knock off because it was filthy and smelt like mildew. There were fans on half the hotel because of some type of flooding that was not disclosed. I regret bringing my family there. There was no hot water in the shower in either of our rooms... it was terrible. Won't be staying there again and am very disappointed in IGH. Breakfast costs $16 per person as well. Most holiday inns it is included.

Guess they are having trouble hiring workers. There are no maids. If you call room service no one picks up. Lunch and dinner served limited hours and the bar closes at 10:30. There was one waitress the day we were there. Everyone has an attitude. Probably because they have been blessed out. Even if you are polite . So many golfers there and a ballroom competition. Huge wait at an adjacent restaurant which was just mostly fried bar food. No valet. Don’t go hungry!

If we were white, our experience will probably different. Please we are not looking for refund. Our weeding was on 10022021. The company treated us like we were a second class citizen.
Our custom plates were place in the garbage. We paid for the time of 4 PM thru 12 AM. Wedding supposed to start at 5 PM. 6 PM the place was not ready and yet we were asked to leave the place at 11 PM.
So again, the way we were treated will never happen if we were white.

Our second visit to this fabulous hotel with amazing employees. Our first incredible experience was with Brandon…he catered to our every need. Brandon was so patient, so genuine and when he gave me the room keys, he stepped away from his desk to hand them to me !!! Wow !! what a beautiful human !!!
Morgan and Jay were accommodating as well.
Joanie is a huge asset to every guest, it’s a pleasure to watch her in action.
Lauren and Eliza in the gift shop have contagious smiles and top notch customer service.
Octavia and Chase are just what you need first thing in the morning !!!!! Impeccable service !!!
I don’t know who trains the employees but keep up the great work !!!

We stayed this past week. Through blue green off my mother in laws timeshare. Based on the treatment of their guest I would NEVER pay for blue green, ever! We had to wash our own towels, clean the rooms when we left, and take our own trash out. You go on vacation to NOT do those things. They barely gave us enough toilet paper. The pool was the best feature. They have stairs off the elevator making it very difficult for handicapped people. The icing on the cake was being woke up at 1:00am by the fire alarm only for the security officer to not fully check into why it went off of the floor in which the rooms triggered it. All the elderly people and babies woke up for NO reason. When I asked him why he didn’t check the 10 rooms on floor 4, he said Bc that’s “managements job”. Ummm excuse me? Management wasn’t there HE was! Shouldn’t you make sure there isn’t an actual fire before letting all these families go back into the building? Seemed absolutely insane to me and he wasn’t very bright in my opinion. Could of been tragic!

Perhaps it is seasonal or Covid related, but it seems like an abandoned village. Murray Bros. closed along with golf course on Monday. No shops in village. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed HOF, but that is all that is here. We spent more time in St. Augustine. New money and investments needed for this village or it will go under.

Well where do begin? The room was small. It was in the oldest building in the place. No toilet paper, towels or much of anything else. The staff were more concerned with people wearing masks then they were about guests being taken care of. Cabinets didn't open, and we had to ask for absolutely everything. When we wanted to grill out one evening we had to sign out utensils to use because nothing was included. No one bothered to tell us that nond of the grills worked. There was a report of a copperhead snake and no one did anything about it. Thank goodness noone was tagged by it! And don't think about playing golf.....at the golf resort! They don't book the tee times anymore and will tell you discounts are honored when you call to arrange your tee time. Guess what! That's a lie. None of the courses around the resort honored or even knew about any discount! I don't know about you but I will not be spending any more time at this resort. The virus has killed off anything resembling fun here.

We have stayed at WGV many times and have always enjoyed it until our last visit. They did not have one single restaurant opened, not even Starbucks! I understand that things have slowed down with the Coronavirus, but if regular restaurants can easily accommodate people for social distancing, surely Marriott hotels should be able to! We have run into this problem with other Marriott hotels and it is getting ridiculous. They need to wake up and accommodate their guests. At least have one restaurant opened, so people can eat! I would not recommend staying at WGV until they can provide food. They don't even have microwaves in the rooms, so guests can't even make a bag of popcorn! Wake up Marriott!
