Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and pays a lot of attention to detail when programming my training sessions. I’ve gotten so much stronger in the 4-5 months since I started working with her (with fewer days a week in the gym). Best of all - I’ve always had a lot of little aches and pains and she’s taught me so much about working out knots in my muscles and stretching properly to alleviate those pains. I highly recommend working with her!
Update: I’ve been training with Sarah for years now and can’t say enough good things about her work. She puts a lot of work into each client and cares a lot about helping on an individual level!

I’ve been highly impressed with Sarah’s training. I’ve been CrossFitting for years and started working with Sarah a few months ago. She has super charged my progress! She’s amazing at identifying what exactly I need to work on to reach my Olympic lifting goals, and she has provided me with instruction and programming to help me reach them. Sarah patiently and skillfully helps break down the lifts into understandable components. Her programming challenges me in a good way and keeps me engaged. Working out is important to me, yet as a busy business owner, I don’t have the time or energy to devote to figuring out what workout I should do and what type of program would benefit me. Training with Sarah allows me to just show up and have my programming planned so I can just do the workout and not have to think about it!

She is extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness, yet is the first to say “let me research that for you” when she doesn’t know the answer. Sarah tailored my programming during my pregnancy which allowed me to continue training up until the day I went into labor. Sarah cares a lot about her clients and pushes herself to be the best as what she does so she can help her clients achieve their goals.

I went from just doing some free weights and a bunch of cardio to being able to lift some heavy Olympic lifts! It is so empowering and has helped my mental and physical health!
