About the Club

Over the past 11 years, we have grown a friendly, nurturing, and encouraging studio, RYS200/RYS300/500 school, and community surrounded by those who enjoy yoga. Whether you want to experience yoga for the first time, or as an every day lifestyle – we welcome all to our studio with open arms.
Being convenient to Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina, our intent in designing the studio is to create an intimate, boutique-style atmosphere which will afford practitioners a nurturing space to deepen their practice while enhancing their mind-body connection.

Our highly trained teachers teach in a manner that is conducive to a small to mid-size group setting and is mindful of each student’s abilities and practice intentions.

This is a great little studio in the heart of downtown Apex, so there is plenty of charm and character in this building. The classes are small and intimate and there are multiple disciplines to give you variety in your yoga practice. The classes are also at good times throughout the day.

I am very fond to the classes taught by Anne Bequet. I am very particular with my teachers and feel as though there needs to be some sort of connection in class to the instructor. Anne nails this on the head. She is knowledgeable and willing to teach, describe and place you into the poses so you can achieve success during your yoga practice. I highly recommend her classes, and look forward to attending more!

Give this little boutique studio a chance. You will be happy you did.

This is an intimate yoga studio where the teachers really work with students across all levels. I have been practicing here for over a year and can see so much growth in my practice and abilities. Highly recommended!

I love this yoga studio, I go to classes here regularly. I just finished my 200 hour Teacher Training Progam, and it was great! I feel stronger, calmer, and well prepared to teach yoga in several styles - including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. This teacher training was rich in experiences that uniquely prepared me to teach, and the nine month time frame allowed plenty of time for material to sink in, to discuss readings with our group, and for the teachers to mentor me in my own personal practice. The monthly pranayama and meditation plans deepened my personal practice to a surprising degree, and the many months to practice the different styles of yoga left me feeling confident and prepared physically to teach. The teaching circles were probably the most useful experiences! Every month we got to teach and received feedback - not just from the teachers, but also from the other students. So you really learn what works and doesn't work for a wide range of people, work with a wide range of bodies, learn many modifications and safety techniques, and see many styles of teaching - coming away with many approaches to enrich your own teaching. Melissa and Jon-Erik bring an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom - everything from acupuncture and anatomy to hundreds of hours of teaching experience and even partner and acro-yoga! I will definitely be coming back to Yoga Garden for future personal and professional yoga classes!

I can't say enough good things about this yoga studio! Dharma Richards is an excellent teacher and inspirational mentor. She comes from a classical Kundalini yoga background, Hatha style, but during a Yoga Warrior International workshop I recently attended there, she taught s a much different style of yoga (restorative/gentle flow) aimed at helping veterans with PTSD and TBI manage and relieve their symptoms. Now that I'm certified as a YWI instructor, I intend to volunteer to teach at the VA medical facility they are building in Vint Hill, VA, and other government facilities where I work with law enforcement and other first responders. Thank you, Yoga Garden, for providing this wonderful opportunity!

I've taken classes there and I love them. The teachers are VERY educated and modify for all different levels of yoga. You will find a warm welcome in any class. When I have had questions , I've felt to just "fit in" more. Very motivating!

Best thing I ever did for myself as I was working through my own personal VIETNAM (what other folks were calling Christmas) in 2013. I was going thru another tough holiday season since loosing my husband to cancer and a friend told me about YogaGarden in Apex. What a find! They were offering a "all you can bend" 30 days for $49 new member special. So I have been frequenting their Gentle and Restorative Yoga classes with Anne for the last 14 months. And have really enjoyed periodic workshop offerings such as "Aligning Chakras with live harp music", and "Yoga Nidra" which is currently being offered once a month on Mondays. I find their approach warm, caring, learned and meaningful to my radical self care.
