Before joining Yoga Garden, I had only ever taken a few yoga classes virtually. I am now HOOKED! I love the classical vinyasa flow classes offered and Lisa Pigeon is such an amazing teacher! Seriously...I wouldn't wake up that early on the weekend if it wasn't a great class. So much more than a great workout...but has also been so wonderful for my mental health as well. I would recommend the Yoga Garden PBO to anyone!

I'm very fortunate to have this great, little studio nearby. I've recently taken classes with Lexie and Lisa and both were amazing. I was hesitant to write this review as I don't want the classes to get over-crowded, but I'm sure they'd just add more classes. If you're into yoga and live nearby check them out. I'm pretty sure you won't regret doing so.

My family recently moved to Pittsboro, which prompted me to look for a new yoga studio home. I've been going to this studio for several months now and I love it. You can tell that there is real community and connection amongst the teachers, and that translates into the space and the experience for students- this is a place where you can become a regular and where you are seen as a member of the community (not just one of dozens of paying students who come and go). I like the diversity of class offerings (both in terms of type of yoga and times of day) and have been especially grateful for how thoughtful the studio has been as we all navigate the pandemic. My go-to, signed-up-every-week class that I and my husband go to is Joy's yin class on Thursdays (highly recommend!) but I've also taken classes so far with Nicole, Meadow, Jessica, and Kim, all of which were great.

I love Nicole Souther’s Alignment Exploration class. I discovered Yoga about a year ago. Nicole’s class was my first in person class. I have tried many different types of Yoga but her class was completely different and my favorite by far. She challenges you in a way to help you self discover and grow, she uses many props during class to help facilitate movements which eventually move toward a natural ability to do the movement without props, and her spirit is moving!

Nicole Souther rocks! If you like to challenge your mind and body, then Nicole is for you! She brings you places in your practice where you never thought you could go. She knows how to work the body safely. I went into one of her classes with lower back pain and came out pain free. She knows how to work the "stuck" spots out. If you love Yoga, you must try Nicole's classes!

The Yoga Garden PBO has become our new spiritual home. It is a beautiful and serene place, with very good positive sattvic energy. Our friends from all over have come to join classes or attend satsang. We have all felt very welcome and at home, thanks to Lexi and all of the YGPBO teachers and students.
