Personal training is available for all ages and fitness levels and is based on your current physical condition.
Whether your fitness goals are to improve posture, increase muscle tone and flexibility, enhance sports performance, lose/gain weight, rehabilitate, prevent injury or relieve chronic pain, I will customize your program to fit your goals.
The Pilates method develops strong core musculature, flexibility and balance which are crucial to support the work done by extremities, to move effectively and efficiently and to prevent injury.
My private studio is fully equipped with Pilates Reformers, Cadillac, Combo Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Arcs and Pilates Orbits.

I am SO thankful I found Elizabeth!! She is the best I have a lot of limitations and comes up with the most creative exercises to help. She makes me feel comfortable and is always so positive and encouraging. I wish I would have found her sooner!! You will not be disappointed she is the best Pilates instructor!!

Elizabeth is an excellent instructor! She is warm and friendly but very professional. Her way of explaining techniques/how to use the equipment and how to execute exercises is detail oriented without being overwhelming. She is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to the anatomy of the human body! I learn something new every session. I always feel heard because she tailors my routine to my specific needs when necessary. This results in me receiving the maximum Pilates experience. In fact, after only a few sessions, I can already see and feel improvement in my body! Every session with her is a challenging, yet wonderful experience. I highly recommend you book her services.

When I started Pilates I was swaying to the right of my body and I wanted to stand up straight and be more sure of my walking. I was approaching my 70’s and being comfortable with my ability to keep my balance was foremost in my concerns. I was also concerned about an injury that kept my right arm from laying close to my body when was at rest on my back. Elizabeth knows the body and how the muscles and tendons work to support the core and works to strengthen that core so a body is capable of being flexible and free to move without pain. She was able too give me the exercise help to get my arm to lie beside my body at rest and give my back the strength to support the bone structure and release pain in my right hip that sometimes hurt so bad I couldn’t walk. I praise her to the utmost as she is a most caring trainer a person could desire on their quest for a body they can trust to be a free moving and balanced being, she has Helped me accomplish wonders in my body.

I was introduced to Elizabeth during my recovery from a serious car accident that resulted in a below the knee amputation of my left leg. She observed my body movements and corrected problems that I didn’t realize were there. She knows the body and is able to proactively strengthen weaknesses through Pilates giving me not only a beautiful shape but also teaches me how to be aware of my body movements which helps to preclude joint and muscle pains.
A bonus to the wealth of knowledge that she possesses (and uses with ease) is that her classes are FUN!! She makes me feel confident and is able to modify a routine in the moment to accommodate any discomfort or simple inability on my part AND still achieves the desired results!!
I can only say good things about her classes!! She is simply amazing!!! I can thank her for many things including the core strength to climb mountains, literally!!!!

Elizabeth is an amazing instructor who customizes your sessions specifically to you. Doing one on one sessions is great because all of the focus is on you as opposed to group Pilates classes where you share the instructor with many people. I have had lower back problems for over 15 years and doing Pilates with Elizabeth has changed my world. I can tell when I haven’t had a session in a while because my back will start to hurt. When I consistently have sessions, my pain is gone. I highly recommend going to Elizabeth. She is so knowledgeable in the world of Pilates and makes it fun!

I was in my late 40’s when I first started Pilates at Your Pilates Pro. I had lower back pain and my shoulders slumped over. My posture was terrible! Now my posture is so much better and now I go months without back pain. Usually when I have missed too many sessions. Pilates is low impact but it can make huge changes in your body at any age. That’s what I love about it and Elizabeth is awesome! She truly cares about her clients not only their physical needs but emotionally as well.
