Christine is an AWESOME instructor and she genuinely cares about helping her clients succeed and, in my case get stronger and healthier. Christine made me feel comfortable at the very first session. She is VERY knowledgeable and with every session I am learning more about my body. I just finished my 30th session and I don’t plan on stopping. I am so grateful and happy with all the positive improvements in my physical health. I love how my body is changing. Thank you Christine!

Christine Nix and Pilates are winners! I have tried so many different ways to get exercise and none have worked for me until I found Christine Nix and Pilates! First of all, Christine makes Pilates fun. . . even though it is a lot of work. She is an excellent teacher too. How she teaches and what she has you do is very different from the Pilates someone would see and experience at a gym though. I am 61 and am very active, yet I have osteoporosis (caused from all the meds I took when I was fighting Lyme disease) and scoliosis. Christine helps me with all my odd physical requirements. . .one on one. There is nothing cookie cutter about her sessions. I am thrilled I found her and thrilled with what I am learning to do, to help myself stay in shape and stay active!

I had done "pilates" before, I thought! At the gym, no real instruction and you better keep up! Always ended up hurting my back because I was doing it wrong, wrong, wrong. But I had a chronic shoulder pain that nothing was helping, not the orthopod or the chiropractor.
Christina takes the time first to teach you about how your body works and find out about at problems you are dealing with. She tailors the lesson to you, your strength, comfort level and goals. And suddenly you realize that your shoulder doesn't hurt anymore.

I’m so happy to have found Christine. I was referred to her by a good friend, and I am not disappointed! I have taken Pilates classes before and never realized what I was doing wrong. Christine has helped my form, helped me strengthen my core, straighten my posture, and help my back. Can’t say enough good about Christine!

Christine is really skilled at tailoring the workout to your own personal style, and she helped me learn the correct technique so that I was strengthening the right muscles. Her space is relaxing and not overwhelming like some of the studios I've been to before. She is supportive and makes working out fun! So glad I found her!
