Very clean and friendly gym. When I was on boarding, they had many questions to get to know my goals and to help facilitate them.
Abby is very knowledgeable and works on your form to make sure you're getting the most benefits from the exercises while also not hurting yourself. I can already see changes so it's very effective.
The community feeling of small groups training sessions takes some anxiety away.
The ONLY thing I wish they had was a sauna π
I definitely plan to stick to this location for as long as I can.

Again, Abby and the staff are amazing. Clean gym, never too crowded. The cancellation process, how dare you. It's not the gym staff at all, it's the greedy overhead. They used to have the cancellation in the gym just like signing up. They have outsourced the cancellation process to make it HARDER to cancel so they can keep charging you. They tried to say that I had to pay this fee. No. I never voluntarily renewed my contract nor did I choose automatic renewal when signing up.
I let them know I was cancelling. They're acting like this gym membership is an apartment lease lol. My bank put a stop payment on them and if they send it to collections, report it as fraud. If it's an unauthorized charge, that's fraud. You don't have to deal with the greedy overheads shenanigans.

Update: Staff improved greatly, Jayden was amazing. New manager seems like a great gal as well. A lot of the upstairs life fitness machines are in need of a good oiling to prevent mid ROM sticking; other than that I love the hours and solitude available here for maximum effort exercise.

Gym is great, staff is angry. Was working out on thanksgiving 2022, just minding my own business as always when Ethan (one of the managers) decided approaching me in a hostile manner about how I was dropping my dumbbells while working my traps and rhomboids to exhaustion was the best approach. Have been pleased to this point with my experience but whatever baggage Ethan brought to the gym today needs to stay in his life and out of his interactions with paying customers. A simple interruption and please don't drop the dumbbells would suffice next time, in lieu of angry face and talking in a demeaning manner to a going on two year customer.

Guys don't do it! Don't do it.. if you like eating crap sandwiches π₯ͺ by all means go ahead. This place slaps you with bi weekly payments and a legal document and the pretentiously acts like they can't help you because they are paired with a third party company - they do not care about you.. DO NOT reward this company for hustling you. Shame on who ever runs this company honestly. They are putting a crappy business model on the client instead of putting in the hard work themselves! Canceling your membership NIGHTMARE.. they tried charging me $500! I used the gym once. NEVER AGAIN! Don't do it guys - these guys πππ go to literally any where else, do push ups in your living room. Don't rewards this company for treating you like hot dog crap. I over paid and deeply regret even signing up. Don't let this company fool you too. Well, they donβt let you update your payment info in the app, which is already inconvenient, and then you call to fix it, and suddenly youβve got late fees. Make it make sense! Honestly, just go to the rec centerβitβs half the price, the equipment is newer, no contract nonsense, and you get way more amenities. Canβt even remember why I signed up here in the first place π§

I have used anytime fitness for years at various locations. I loved the concept. The pricing confuses me, I have a friend that lives 100 miles away and my membership is over 20 dollars a month more than his. I was lucky enough to get my 3 year old daughter 24/7 so my freetime was little to none. Besides living 20 miles away and being a full time working parent, I'm not receiving financial help from the mother of my child. I inquired about canceling my membership but heard the fee for early cancelation and decided to deal with the monthly fee. Once my contract was finally up I called to cancel I was told I must email customer care with my club code, location and agreement number. Upon sending this i get an automated email stating it will take 3-5 days to get back to me. Days later I get a response stating the cancelation is pending, I need to submit a written request- I do so and received a response stating they received my request, They are going to charge me again and my membership ends in 30 days. Way over complicated and then they charge u just one more time after your contract expired. It seems like it never ends. I will mention to anyone looking for a place to work out to stay clear of anytime fitness. Times are tough, money is tight and they make it near impossible to cancel it. You sign the contract on location but can't cancel it in the same place. It almost seems like they make it too hard to cancel the membership on purpose...

Woman cleaner had the door to the men's shower/bathroom held open and was peeking in every once in a while and if she announced herself it was so quite I never heard it. Screw the customer she needs to do her job. But maybe she wants it to be a all woman's gym I know I'll never be back.

Would i recommend this anytime fitness??? No! It became way too crowded. There was hardly any space to work out anymore. It wasn't being cleaned and the floors are dirty. I had several problems with staff members being rude to me in the past. The club manager Jayden completely misled me when I was trying to cancel & got into my business. You don't cancel through a phone #, so he lied..... I had to contact bismarck. There's a $250 fee to cancel your membership during the 1st year, so you fall into a trap with a contract! The cheap membership promotions are just a way to make their bank. The personal training is way too expensive and all they want from you is rapid weight loss. The only good thing about anytime fitness is that its open 24 hours!

AnyTime Fitness in Dickinson is the right size facility and provides a friendly atmospere and offers me the right variety and useful choices of exercise equipment. Their equipment is well maintained and the facility is clean. Also, being a member allows me to use the AnyTime Fitness facilities when traveling out of town. Highly recommend this place...

While entry is done by call or online, the environment is friendly and welcoming.
If you are willing to pay money, the fitness instructors here offer excellent personal and group exercises.
The basic gym membership gets you access to decent machines, both for cardio and weights anytime, which is crucial if you are coming in on weekends.

I stopped in to check this place out a couple of nights ago. I travel for work and have been to many, many different gyms across the Midwest and this one is one of the better ones as far as national chains go. Plenty of free weights (a deadlift station!!), tons of weight and cardio machines, and some wide open areas for people's custom freestyle workouts. Not bad at all for a chain gym. Just wish there was a heavy bag, Muay Thai bag and and a speed bag.. ;) you guys got room for em.

This Anytime Fitness is not a very friendly one. I pay for a membership if I want to use the shower after working out that's my right but they don't see it that way here. I travel a lot which is why I use anytime fitness. This is the most unfriendly one I've ever seen. So many restrictions its not even funny other anytime fitness locations don't have this many rules.

Almost $40/mo, dated equipment, very limited room for weight lifting, and no wifi?!... Why?! I want out! 24 hour fitness please come to Dickinson! You would annihilate this pathetic excuse for a gym.... Oh and I forgot to mention, there is a sauna, but it's not your conventional sauna. It is a sauna in the whole fitness center from the lack of fans and airflow, so prepare to sweat your fat right off regardless of a hard workout or not.
