The gym is a fantastic place to reach new heights, however, the management team (danny) has areas for improvement. I had the dedication to visit this gym for 3 years, consistently 6 days a week, spending 2 to 3 hours daily, like clockwork. Then, one day, Danny sent a message to my boyfriend, and they met in the back. I would notice my other car parked in the outlet parking lot or the back of the building. This led to ongoing issues of disrespect, which occurred repeatedly every day I visited. Danny's actions felt like stabs in the back, knowing the harm caused. I see this as an opportunity for growth and improvement, a chance to rise above and create positive change, inspiring others to do the same. However if you want a management you can trust this place is not it. As well the water filter is never changed at all.

But the other member is a blessing to meet everyday and see there achievements that they had set i felt safe because alot of first responders come here however iron works i was told is the best gym in town if you decide to switch I will see you at iron work if I don't it was nice meeting you guys

Upon learning of my gym's closing during the COVID-19 pandemic, I looked around Grand Forks at the various options and decided to join Anytime Fitness in June 2020. On top of it being close to home, I also wanted a gym that offered access 24/7, especially during holidays when other places may be closed.

Within a few months of becoming a member, the current manager, Danny, was hired and has helped Anytime become a warm and welcoming gym for all. He listens to concerns and is always polite in his interactions. When an issue arose following the resignation of a previous trainer, Danny took the time to listen to my concerns and address my request without issue.

Over the years, I have seen many members come and go. Despite this, Danny continues to be a constant presence that always has a smile and a wave ready for when you come in the door.

On the other hand, there are some issues at times with some members not following through with expectations, often leaving equipment out or not putting the weights back where they belong. This is especially noticeable on weekends, which is when staffing is more limited. Despite this, I do not hold this against Anytime as members also have an obligation to make the place the best it can be.

Overall, I do recommend this gym to newcomers, especially if you're looking for 24/7 access and have a desire to become the best version of yourself.

Fantastic gym. Immaculately clean, probably the best locations of this gym chain that I have ever been to.

I’ve been coming to this gym regularly for about a year now, but I’ve used my membership at other AF locations across the country. This one is by far the cleanest, best managed, and most respectful location I’ve been to.

Equipment is always managed properly, all staff and patrons take ownership in this location and want to see it maintained and kept in good condition.

I've honestly never had any issues at this gym, it’s rather disturbing to see a negative review from the guy who needs to be told not to smoke his vape outside the door. My fitness journey started in early 2022 at this anytime fitness location, and boy am I grateful for every minute of it. The first time I came in for a membership inquiry, I was met with a very happy and enthusiastic attitude from the clubs manager, Danny. This gym has fantastic lighting, incredible machines, and a staff that will be happier for your fitness goals than you are yourself. I Love that the gym is open 24 hours. I'm not one for a crowded gym. So I'll go during the late hours or early morning, just so that I can leave before everyone else gets there.

They have enough equipment to get the job done, but you may need to fogure out alternate exercises at times ir go to the other one for those options. Open 24/7. And not a lot of kids hanging around tying up machines, talking. People here are friendly and are focus:d on their work outs!

Horrible place. Very upset at the moment. I’ve been trying to reach and leaving voicemails for a month to cancel my membership. I have yet to receive a call or have it canceled. Don’t pick this gym unless you plan on having a membership for the rest of your life because they definitely do not work with you to cancel it. Save yourself and pick a different gym.

I joined Anytime Fitness in Jamestown a year ago. My two coaches and the manager there changed my life. Their dedication to my overall fitness goals spilled over to life goals and they became trusted friends. I will be forever grateful for Coach Kristen, Coach Sara and Jordan. I moved to Grand Forks and was lucky enough to meet yet another life changing Coach, Coach Aryn. He has become another trusted friend, and I am thankful for his consistent attention to me, my goals and my health. Manager Danny is exceptional too and I love that both gyms are my home away from home to work on myself inside and out. This is a good anytime fitness location. Has everything you need and then some. Only complaint are the bathrooms. They're four restrooms, all are almost always dirty, with only two having a toilet/urinal and neither is a private restroom.

Nice place to go to that is open 24hrs. On the downside, there is still a broken mirror that has not been fixed, the other mirrors are covered in dry sweat (cardio area), and the girlfriend has not been reimbursed for her insurance for the last two months. The previous owners would not allow this to happen. The manager does a fair job, but seems to be preoccupied talking with friends, rather than building relationships with clients.

Equipment is often left out and not put away, there is a lot of broken equipment, and the cleanliness of the gym seems to be lacking as of late. I wanted to cancel my membership 6 months after getting my membership as I just needed it for the winter months. I called in and the guy said I had to wait till my year membership was over before I could cancel. So I bit my toungue and paid the remaining year only to find out that my membership changed somehow to 18 months and I was still getting charged. I called again and the lady said I couldn’t get a refund. That’s a full year at 45$ a month and I wasn’t even using it. Not pleased at all! Make sure you know what you’re getting signed up for or they will take advantage of you.
