Finding Balance
I have been wanting to write this review for a while now and just didn’t know how to put into words my gratitude for what I found at Aspire Health and Fitness and especially with Personal Trainer, Natashia Cushman.

The first time I sat down for a consultation with Natashia I was in tears. I was physically out of shape (I had lost the ability to balance on one foot, or step into a pair of shorts without sitting down). I was mentally and emotionally exhausted. I was afraid of going to a gym because I was over 50 and very out of shape. I didn’t believe I belonged in a gym.

Once I started working with Natashia I quickly realized that this gym was different than what I had expected. No one was staring at this overweight, out of shape beginner. Everyone there was friendly and I never once felt out of place or like I didn’t belong in the gym.

Was it easy? Nope. I had to trust in Natashia’s confidence in my abilities until I learned to have confidence for myself. It didn’t take long to start feeling better physically, mentally and emotionally. I have a long way to go but this was the start I needed.

I found “Balance” going to Aspire and working with Natashia. Physically: After only a few weeks of personal training I was able to balance on one foot and also step into shorts without sitting down or leaning against the wall. Mentally and Emotionally: Some of my workouts were spent working out mental roadblocks and emotions while working out my body. I now feel much more balanced mentally and emotionally.

I highly recommend Aspire Health and Fitness and Personal Trainer, Natashia Cushman, no matter your age or fitness level she can design a plan to help you reach your goals.

If you’re looking for a gym where the personal training is top notch, the facility is always clean & has all the equipment you could possibly want for your fitness success, then look no further than Natashia & Aspire Health Fitness. Natashia is great at listening and does a terrific job at creating a custom workout plan for you. You will see results! And the gym itself is great as well!! Having the 24-hr access to exercise alongside all of the different types of equipment is a win-win in my books. I highly recommend this facility and personal trainer 😊

Over the past decade, I've traveled and relocated frequently for work, finding unique qualities in each place that I'd recommend to anyone visiting the area. In Dickinson, it's Aspire Health & Natashia Cushman. My experience at Aspire has been incredibly rewarding, and Natashia has been transformative. Aspire offers a safe and welcoming environment for all fitness levels, equipped with everything needed to fulfill one's fitness goals. I highly recommend indulging in some sauna time after an intense workout. If you're uncertain about how to begin or continue your fitness journey, Natashia is a knowledgeable and compassionate fitness professional who will meet you each day wherever you are in your physical journey. She dedicates time to understand your individual needs and objectives, providing productive and healthy accountability without judgment. She's a source of constant positive motivation, ensuring you recognize every achievement, no matter the size. With her guidance, you'll give your all and more. Personally, I began training with her 18 months ago, weighing 340 lbs, struggling to hold a 30-second plank on my knees, and too intimidated to attempt a pull-up or rope climb. Currently, I've reduced to 225 lbs, can climb the rope twice consecutively, completed 6 pull-ups in a row, and held a 3-minute plank. Natashia and Aspire offer an exceptional personal training experience for anyone seeking one.

I was at a point n my life where I needed to do some work on myself and found Natasha and the Aspire family about 5 months ago. I knew I was looking for a small gym as it is way out of my comfort zone to workout in public. Aspire and Natasha have been the perfect fit for me. Natasha has not only pushed me to work hard physically but she has also helped me mentally as well. I look forward to going to the gym and seeing where she is going to push me to each session. I feel like I’m going to see my friends when I go to the gym as everyone is so nice and supportive of each other. In my search to improve my fitness level without much prior experience or knowledge in doing so, this is why I chose Aspire Health Fitness:
1. Natashia is an amazing personal trainer who can help push you to meet your goals while also making the process fun! She makes the atmosphere of the gym welcoming and approachable, so it is easy to get started as a new member.

2. This gym is very clean with a studio feel to it. I don’t feel surrounded by a ton of people at any point in time and it feels comfortable to work out there.

3. It’s not just a gym, it’s a fitness community. Here you can meet like-minded people with similar fitness goals, so you never feel alone on your journey to better health.

Before I met Natashia, my journey with weight loss and fitness was erratic and inconsistent. I had been on a repetitive cycle of gaining and losing weight, never really committing to a regular workout routine. All that changed when I decided to work with a personal trainer for the first time.

I have been training with Wyatt Hagler for approximately three years. When Wyatt was initially assigned to me as a personal trainer, I had just come off a significant torn tendon injury in my calf. Wyatt worked with me not only to rehabilitate my calf but to continue to build strength further than before. He recognized that my injury didn't only affect my physical strength but also my mental capacity, and he began to help build up my self-esteem and encouraged me to face my fear surrounding my injury. Wyatt has gone above and beyond what is expected of a typical personal trainer. He encourages me to push my limits, holds me accountable, willingness to tailor my goals/fitness plans to what I would like to see, and does not allow me to talk negatively about my progression and regression. Once I began to take his advice seriously and focus on my health, I lost 55 pounds in the past year and a half, which is one of my most significant accomplishments. Although I am not finished with my fitness goals, I have never felt better about myself and my health, and I owe it all to Wyatt. Aspire Health Fitness provides a unique experience that I believe some facilities lack. It has become a second family to me. I enjoy the expertise and company of Wyatt Hagler but also Shelby Snare. Both are willing to help out anyone, and they appear to have a true passion for this work. The facility is well stocked with top-of-the-line equipment that fits everyone's needs, along with a focus on cleanliness. This facility provides the community with an aspect of fitness and family. Wyatt and Shelby are the best! The gym is never crowded! And using their services as trainers is the best. They are kind, caring and know their stuff! I highly recommend the gym and the trainers at Aspire Fitness! Don’t forget to check out their infrared room for optimum recovery!
