I love this gym my whole family trains here, we have a 15 year old girl who suffered from very bad anxiety and depression. We started her here and it has changed her life for the better. Her anxiety is so much better, depression is pretty much gone. This gym is like a second family to us. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

My kids and I have been training at Moore's karate for the past 5 years. We couldn't be happier! I think of the self defense skills we learn like homeowners insurance. You never want to file a claim, but you're sure glad you had it if you need it. I hope to never have to use my skills, but I sure am glad my kids and I will have them. It is a great life skill to pass on to your kids. And unlike an exercise class that you might grow tired of after a few months, karate has new material all the time. I highly recommend Moore's Karate. Shun Shifu Martin is an amazing instructor and it is great to be part of the "Moore's family"

My boys have been going to Moore's for over 2 years. Rodger makes it a fun learning experience for all. Not only do they learn how to defend themselves they also learn self respect, resilience, integrity, and many more important aspects of becoming a successful person. I would recommend anyone to join the classes.

My children and I have been training at Moore's Martial Arts for the last 6 years. Learning solid self-defense skills has been the most empowering thing I've ever done. I can't say enough about the quality of instruction there and the life-saving, real world skills that are taught every day!

My daughter has attended Moore's for two years now and I have seen her go from meek and unsure to confident and strong. Traditional school sports were not really her thing, but she has found her interest with shou shu. The longer she is involved, the more she loves it.
In addition, Shun Shifu Martin has helped me address some physical issues I have related to fibromyalgia. He is helping me return to exercise with stretching and movement, allowing me to participate and progress at my own pace and to regain functionality that I had lost.
