Blueprint has been a huge help in my journey to get stronger and healthier. The staff is top notch. Peter, my trainer, is knowledgeable, flexible and is great in helping me achieve my goals on a weekly basis. The gym is clean, quiet and has many machines and weights to use. I would definitely recommend Blueprint as your top notch training gym!

Such a great place if you’re looking for a place that pushes you, but at your own pace. These guys know their stuff, genuinely care, and push you to be your best. I’ve worked the closest with Malik, and I couldn’t be happier. He somehow makes you find that extra gear and he’s very knowledgeable. I’ve had some nagging little injuries that I was worried would slow my progression down, but he researched for me some exercises, and stretches to target those areas and he had me feeling better within a week or two. Grateful I took a chance on this place. All of the other trainers are super fun and motivated to help as well. Do yourself a favor, invest in yourself and your health, and know you’re in great hands and will see results with Blueprint.

I can’t recommend this gym and my trainer, Peter enough! The space is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped, and Peter truly goes above and beyond. Every session is tailored to my goals, and I’ve seen real results both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a place that motivates you and a trainer who genuinely cares, this is it!

I’ve never been this consistent at the gym in my life — and that says a lot about Blueprint Personal Training. The personal training setup is incredibly effective. Each session pushes you just enough to feel challenged and progressively stronger, but never to the point of burnout. I’m lifting more weight now than when I started, and I feel stronger, but I’m still able to come back the next day — and the next — without dreading it. Thank you, Ben! Great job guys! 💪🤩

Absolutely the best gym I’ve ever been to!
Blueprint is next-level. It’s intimate, spotless, and packed with top-of-the-line machines, no outdated equipment here. The lighting and music set the perfect vibe, and the mirrors everywhere help keep form in check (and give you those confidence-boosting glimpses mid-workout 😎). One of the best parts? No waiting around, there’s always access to the equipment you need, no matter what time of day.
The community here is something special. The other members are incredibly friendly and welcoming, no intimidation, just support. And the staff? Awesome across the board. They genuinely care and create an environment that makes you want to show up.
I’ve been training with Peter twice a week since October, and I’m absolutely in love with the journey and new identity I am building. I feel stronger and more confident than I have in most of my life. If you’re on the fence about joining, I highly recommend coming in and getting to know the folks. You won’t regret it.
Blueprint is more than a gym, it’ll change your life.

The entire team at BP is incredible. Peter was my trainer, and he continued to tailor workouts towards my long-term goals. He pushed approximately when needed, and with nothing but absolute respect and extreme kindness along the way. ❤️
Facility was clean, quiet (which some folks in their fitness journey find the most appealing), and easily accessible. The team was accommodating to me with a hectic work travel schedule as well. The price tag may cause pause, but I guarantee it’s worth it and provides results.

I love training at Blueprint. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they really tailor programs to your wants/needs/ability. Having someone in house to help with nutrition is also very nice to have as well as the testing they do to make sure you are staying on track. Love how beautiful the space is and how it’s not crowded, very comfortable and personable. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Blueprint Personal Training now for just over 1 year. It has absolutely changed my life. I wanted to find a place where I could work out, get help while working out, work on my relationship with food, and overall just feel better in my body. Blueprint Personal Training helped me with all those things and more.
I have worked with two trainers during my time there - Peter and Ben. Both are wonderful trainers and human beings. Peter has been my trainer the majority of my time, and he has been an amazing, supportive rock throughout these last 13 months. On the nutrition side, Peter has helped me to better understand what my good and bad habits were, which was life changing. I really feel like I have a better handle on my relationship with food and have formed healthy, sustainable habits. On the workout side, I love the support and guidance I get with my workouts. Peter does a stellar job creating the right level of challenge, intensity, and variety. I could never have accomplished all I have without his guidance, support, and professional expertise.
The facilities at Blueprint are excellent. The equipment is high quality, 24/7 access is so convenient, and the private bathroom/showers are very clean.
If you are looking for a great gym, with top-notch facilities, and personalized nutrition/workout guidance - this is the place to go. I am so glad I joined this gym!

I’m so glad my son told me about Blueprint Personal Training! I’ve been weight training with Peter and Alex is my nutrition coach. After years of doing the same thing over and over and not meeting my health goals, I am finally getting results! I have been working with Peter as a personal trainer and Alex for nutritional counselling and could not be happier with the experience. They provide a fantastic gym with all the best high end equipment and are very knowledgeable about their positions and are great motivators. In my first 4 months working with them I have gained strength and lost a good deal of weight. They have helped me to change my bad habits and my life. You could not find a better place to expand your workout life and I am so grateful that I found them.

I love this place! I am morbidly obese. These guys are a non-judgment zone. It's an individualized workout for me. Nobody else. They also keep me accountable on diet. I work with Peter, he's very knowledgeable, capable and empathetic. I would highly recommend these guys. This is not the gym experience that you're used to. It's purely personal training. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed.
