BodyLift has a little bit of everything you could want. Highly recommend any of the Pilates or yoga classes - even for a newbie like myself, the environment and instructors are very methodical and helpful, and made everything very accessible and supportive.

Really love the classes for the most part! Really wish there was more Pilates classes in the evenings and weekends. The only instructor I havenβt really enjoyed is Amanda. But she is usually the only instructor for the evenings unfortunately :/

Iβve been to many different classes and have never been disappointed. All classes are for all levels from beginner to advanced. The instructors are amazing, the classes are varied and the sense of community is unmatched. Highly recommend!
