CORE COLLECTIVE A LAGREE METHOD STUDIO
It's not Pilates. It's Lagree.
The Lagree Fitness Method is a high intensity, low impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen and tone your muscles. Lagree is muscular and core strength, muscular endurance, and cardio.
Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Every move can be modified and intensified to ensure everyone is getting the workout they need.

I’ve always wanted to try Pilates but stumbled across Lagree instead and I’m so glad I did! It challenges you way more but in such an upbeat and supportive environment. I’ve gone to a few different classes with different instructors and they’ve all been so helpful! I have also recommended this studio to several of my co-workers and they enjoy it as well :)

I’ve done a lot of different workout classes in the past and this is by FAR the most toned I’ve ever been. I feel challenged every class and the music always hits. I started out going once or twice a week and now I go probably 4-6 times a week. The coaches are super helpful and so nice. Absolutely could not recommend more.
