This is the premier indoor tennis center in Fargo. The courts are fantastic and the employees are courteous and professional. But there is much room for improvement, particularly in the programming and engaging the tennis community in leagues and other events. The tennis center in Grand Forks had much better programming when it was under the direction of the twins, Tim and Tom, who were fantastic people and players. They had tennis mixers, championships, and parties all the time. The programming here seems dull in comparison., Nevertheless, this is fantastic community asset, with great potential to be even better!

They used to have an amazing lounge area for the parents, in the playland, but then they decided to make it a room full of uncomfortable benches instead. Now all the loungers are randomly placed in a configuration that makes absolutely no sense. And they just raised the price by a dollar to gain entry.

All of my family enjoys coming here. My husband and I enjoy the Body Pump Class (instructors are amazing), my son has learned so much by taking the MXP tennis lessons and our daughter loves the play area. Very family friendly!

While the facility is nice the cost is way out of line. Went there with my daughter for just a day pass which was only an hour. And it was 35 dollars for two people. So I called around to other facilities just to see what they charge and I got what I figured was more inline with a day price cost - 10 - 12 dollars per person.

I was standing for a long time waiting for this girl who looked to be on her laptop ignoring me, and once she decided to assist me she was extremely rude, condescending, and just brushed all my questions It seemed like she did not want to not be there anymore. I don’t know who management is but this girl named Ayton has no future in providing good services to this community. I will for sure be inputing this experience along with my colleagues involved in sponsorship.

I'm a new(ish) member here at Courts Plus and have been a member at a lot of gyms in Fargo. Courts Plus is a large facility, and my previous gym was always crowded and it deterred me from reaching my fitness goals. But with the space Courts Plus offers, the various classes, activities, and facilities, there's no excuse to not find the room to get a good workout. My initial orientation with Logan was great, he was considerate and personalized my experience to my needs. If you're looking for a large gym with a community feel, lots of amenities, and more, look into Courts Plus.

Nice indoor facility for tennis, racquetball, basketball, weight and cardio training. A number of free exercise classes are available. Also, instructors, be they for tennis or weight training or cardio are quite good. Overall family rate for annual membership is competitive with other options in the area.

All the workers at childcare have been great. They're friendly and seemed to memorize my kids' names on the first day. The weights and machines all work. Yes, they're a bit dated, but they work fine for me. I usually go at 9 or 3 and almost never have to wait to use anything. They also work with insurances so you can get money back through insurance if you go so many times a month (I believe 12 times).

I booked a room for my son’s birthday on Sunday, January 23rd. I booked the room a while ago. On the day of my reservation, the room was dirty and we couldn’t set up. We attempted to get someone to clean it up several times and after about 15-20 minutes someone finally came. They cleaned off the tables with a dirty towel and not well. Then he proceeded to sweep the floor. I had to re-swipe the tables so I can set up. He didn’t take out the garbage and I had get them again to take the rest of the garbage out of the room. I asked to speak to management and was notified they were not in.

I was highly disappointed because I frequent this establishment and my kids enjoy the playground.

Been a member atoub six years. i like going here, mostly for group exercise, and my son uses the machines a lot. I had to back off during the last few years because of COVID, and I think like all businesses, this one had to take the hit, so it might not be keeping up with classes and equip and staffing. That's to be expected.. However, I've always found staff friendly and helpful and never run into complaints others make so far. Maybe if you run into one rude person, you might want to be patient and realize everyone in life is doing the best they can.

Do not go here if you have a small child. There is a separate area for 3 and under, but there is no staff monitoring this. Nor do the front desk staff seem to care if you alert them of the problem. Results are that you as the parent are left guarding your toddler from being bullied and ran over by much older children. Several times I had to ask older kids to leave the small child area after they have almost caused injury to my child or someone else’s tot. The bully children’s parents are nowhere to be found. That is not okay. I will not be back.

Love how you are greeted every time and asked how you are doing today by the front desk. Then told to have a great day as leaving or see ya!
Staff are very helpful if you have questions or need something.
They are always walking around changing out towels and wiping down machines and what not.
Very professional place with great equipment and classes to attend:-)

Great facilities. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly. They have plenty of spaces for multiple uses and big gyms. They have a huge indoor play area with a section for tiny kids. It has a sitting area for parents,and rooms you can rent doe birthday parties (I do not recommend the pizza they make for parties). The parking is across the street and not plentiful.

I want to like it, but I just can’t. The courts are nice, but I don’t use them. The weight machines are old and not well maintained same goes for the cardio machines. The Steam room and whirl pools are not kept clean or sanitary basically they are a joke, ask to see them when you go on a tour. The positives parking is great, no wait to use equipment. The one or 2 staff members on site are friendly. The price is cheaper than the Wellness center, but you get what you pay for.

The facilities are great, and the instructors are even better, but the business side of things seems to be run quit poorly. Courts Plus continued to automatically charge me every month for 6 months after I cancelled my membership, and when I called to get things sorted out they weren't willing to help at all. The member services person claimed they couldn't find my membership cancellation paperwork, and thus couldn't issue a refund for the additional months I was wrongfully charged. I haven't set foot in the facility for 6 months but am still out nearly $300 because someone over there either doesn't know how to properly file paperwork or is too lazy to look hard enough for it. It's disappointing that a business can take advantage of it's customers like that and get away with it. I'm sure there are better operated fitness facilities in Fargo, I'd suggest shopping around.

Being a mother, it's hard to find the time and place for group exercise and yoga and that's why I love Courts Plus Fitness Center! The daycare is awesome and the facilities open at convenient times. Not to mention they have everything you can imagine to keep you occupied during the long winters: indoor playground, indoor tennis, hosted birthday parties and so much more!

Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about, but I have been a member for about two years at CP and I love it! The staff is friendly, the place is always clean, never a zoo (you hardly ever have to wait to use equipment), and music isn't too loud... Yeah it's more expensive but it keeps the riff raff out, just the way I want it.

ADVISE: YMCA down the street has a FREE day introduction thing. and Sportscenter has a $5 WEEKLY pass. This is the "Express" Version. expect something like a snap fitness. Including the $10 day pass for a gym no better than your hotel.
