Dropped in at CFT on very short notice when in town for work (thanks Jon). They do a good job with the space they have and it was clean and organized. Coaches and community at the 6 AM class were fun and engaging. Even threw in a tshirt with my drop in fee! Check it out if you're into fitness.

Fun, great workouts, and I love the trainers! You get real advice and training from them, not just passive indifference or yelling without substance like other gyms. Every workout is different and involved, class sizes are small, and instructors work with your capability (like I have chronic back issues, and they help me with alternative exercises to make sure I can build my back up without stressing it too much).
The other members are also fun and encouraging! Signing up for classes is easy, and the price is surprisingly affordable considering you get unlimited access to all the trainers, equipment, and classes with it.
It's my favorite gym in Bismarck.
