Thank all of you guys at ETS performance in Bismarck. Watching my son the past 3 months going to ETS 3 days a week I have personally noticed the growth physically and mentally in my son and I can't thank you guys enough for that. But unfortunately because winter is approaching and the commute between my house in Mandan and the facility in Bismarck with weather becoming a factor on being able to get there we are going to hold off on renewing our contract. Once again that you all so much for your achievements on helping out the kids

My daughter loves going to ETS and doing her workout with a friend. The atmosphere is one where she can come and workout and joke with the staff. Makes her have a purpose.

I can’t say enough good things about Coach James and his staff here in Bismarck. Our athlete has been in the program for 6 months and his physical transformation has been incredible but more important to me, as a parent, he has gained self confidence both on and off the field.

The staff not only push the athletes, they build personal relationships with them. If you looking for a wellness program, look no further as there is non better in the area.

ETS and the coaches have been amazing for my daughter. She’s usually pretty shy and gets nervous, but this has been such a great experience for her. She’s really thriving—gaining confidence, hitting her goals, and just loving it. I can’t say enough good things about James and everyone at ETS!
