I have been a member here for 3.5 years. Before starting at this gym I didn't like exercising AT ALL. The 30 minute workout along with a different workout every day is what kept me interested. The coaches keep the exercises challenging; however they can all be modified if needed. Highly recommend FBBC!

Fit Body Boot Camp is a game-changer! As a new mom, this was just the thing I needed to get back into a habit of working out. FBBC takes the planning and guess work out of working out. This is a great gym! I love that the coaches help you beyond in the gym- they take time to discuss your goals and how to achieve them. The body scan scale is also so awesome and love that we are Free to use this to monitor our progress! These workouts can be as intense as you make them but there always modifications for all exercises to use if needed! This is a no judgement zone as there all people of all abilities in these classes that are all getting stronger together! The instructors are very motivating and are great at giving modifications for all the exercises if you need. I can honestly say the workouts are the most challenging I have ever experienced, yet the workouts are tailored to be able to be done by people of all ages and at different fitness levels! The coaches are supportive and encouraging. I have never been a group fitness type of person.. I always used to workout on my own, but keeping myself motivated was extremely challenging until my friend told me about FBBC and I decided to give it a try.. let’s just say, it changed my life. I love walking into the gym and actually feeling excited to be there. The coaches are absolutely amazing and actually take the time to learn your name and build a relationship with you. If you are confused about an exercise or have a question about something, they are quick to jump in and help, correct you, or give you tips. Easily the best gym I've ever been to. I've been going to FFBBC for a little over 2 months and wasn't sure I'd make 6 weeks let alone sign up for a membership after the 6 week challenge was done. Jake was unprofessional by not taking care of my payments on the times that needed to come out. In the meetings, he explained to is that we could drop out or change our auto pay anytime and that wasn't the case. He did the same thing to my friend, and her sisters that signed up. He proceeded to exclude them in the 6 week challenge to win. They all completeled the 6 weeks and we're not mentioned. All he did was say sorry and didn't ever reach out back to them. We all felt excluded as customers there. 30 dollars every week and not feeling welcomed. That is also a discounted price, it usually is more than that so no thanks. I would like to give a shout out to Heather. She was a great coach. Never going back anyway. Hope they read this and understand. It's not professional to be excluded or have struggles with the payments. What a coincidence that is Latinas all got excluded.

At first I was afraid of the word "boot camp" or "boot camp" type programs because I was scared of not being able to do it, or thinking it would be too hard of work out for me. The instructors are motivating versus being intimidating, and I feel comfortable working at my own pace and ability. I started with the 6-week challenge and decided to continue on after making my body fat loss and muscle gain goals. The work outs go by fast, but I always feel like I got a good work out. Instructors are friendly, show how to do every move properly, give options for different abilities, and help us to make adjustments if we are doing something incorrectly. Everyday is a different workout so I can go two days or more in a row and not work the same muscles. Fun, upbeat music and new facilities make for a great environment. I also appreciate the different incentive programs to keep going! FFBBC has become just what I need in terms of a workout!

It’s a 30 minute workout, so it’s easy to fit in your schedule, and the workouts are different every time. If you’re like me, you don’t want to just show up to a gym to walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes and look at the weights longingly like you wish you knew what to do with them.
