I’ve taken 7 classes so far and I LOVE Fly Fitness! They offer such a great variety of classes at both locations, and every instructor has been so kind and encouraging! Each class brings a whole new vibe with new workouts and dofferent playlists every week. My personal favorites are the cycle, lift burn, and yoga sculpt classes! Can’t wait to do more classes:))

I’ve been to three classes here already and I love it! Personally, I bike here and have to always find a place to lock up. The first time I came in, they let bring my bike in and leave it inside during the class. I felt so relieved.
The classes are small and high in energy. The instructors get to know everyone that comes in and motivate them throughout their time there. I love the different varieties of classes that are offered and I always work up a good sweat 🔥

I heard of this place from someone I met at another studio. I'm from out of town and went to a group fitness class at a different fitness studio and inquired about spin classes and was told by another member (I believe her name is Gwen) this was the place to go. The studio definitely lived up to what I was looking for. I love the format they use and is what I'm used to at my regular studio in the cities. I will definitely be back when I'm in town and highly recommend this place to a anyone who loves spin 🫶

I recently joined Fly as I wanted to find a new studio after coming to Fargo for college! What I have noticed in my first couple months is that Fly is a TRUE community. For each class the instructor has taken the time to make sure they know my name. Also everyone at the studio has welcomed me in with open arms! The workout classes offered at Fly have such a great variety compared to anywhere else I’ve been to. From high intensity classes like the Burn Fusions to low intensity like Barre. No matter what I’m feeling for the day, there is a class for me!

As a transplant to Fargo, Fly Fitness was one of the first places I started going to because I lived so close. I remember snapping a picture of the Welcome Sign with my name on it the first day I showed up for class and sending it to my friends back home. From that moment, I have always felt welcome, inspired, grateful and sore after a workout. Fly has changed my outlook on fitness! It has always felt like a massive chore to exercise, but now I look forward to it. The instructors here (I've worked with so many of them!) are incredible. If you need a modification (less difficult or more challenging) they'll provide it and keep encouraging. I walked in totally intimidated, and came out stronger and whole-self healthier. If you're not sure this place is for you, stop doubting and try! They include and encourage everyone (this previously exercise avoidant, plus sized, mom of five can attest to that!)

I recently joined Fly Fitness and have become obsessed with this club. The instructors are phenomenal, the classes are so positive and motivating, and the amenities of the gym such as showers, clothing/drink options and refreshing essential towels after every workout always make me feel like I am at home. The instructors take the time to learn your name, track your progress and adjust you as necessary to help you workout successfully and prevent injury. They are so quick to respond to questions and/or concerns and are so gracious in giving back to their members. I have become addicted and always look forward to my daily self-care spent at Fly. This is a place you’d walk by and just wish you could go in and try. Well, you can! The 1st class is free!! After that, try all of the different class options, for just $59 for unlimited classes for two weeks. Try cycle, HIIT, Burn, Treads, yoga, yoga sculpt, Barre, Pilates, open gym times, combo classes, and more! Trust me, you will love the atmosphere, community, highly motivating instructors, & judgment free space. This place is great for both your physical and mental health!! I can’t say enough about this gym. Along with their downtown location, they have a second location in South Fargo, near Osgood Hornbachers! To say this studio is life-changing…might be cliche but it’s so true for me!!! Coming to Fly was the first cycle class I had ever done, fast forward a year and now and I go 3-4 times a week! So much energy, excitement, and a challenge is always there if you want it. The atmosphere is so encouraging and contagious! Outside of cycle, I had never done yoga or barre either and was a great environment to give it a try. Also recommend the HIIT-30 classes if you're looking for some cardio with weights.

I have hit over 150 classes at Fly Fitness in Fargo currently and am well on my way to 200. 2 years ago I would have never been able to say that, this place is truly a testament to why I’ve become a “gym” person. First, it doesn’t feel like a gym. It’s the most welcoming and inclusive environment that I’ve been in for fitness. They are so happy to see you each time and encouraging. I absolutely love working out with these ladies! They provide so much enthusiasm and encouragement during workouts, with modifications as needed. From cycling to barre to HIIT classes, they offer it all. And the cold towels after class are a wonderful bonus!! Would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a fitness community to join.

If you want a great workout and you want to get fit, this is the place!!! Love the cycle classes followed by the HIIT class!! Another class to try is a treadmill/HIIT which provides 5 minute HIIT intervals along 5 minutes of a 5 treadmill workout for 45 minutes!! They also have TRX, yoga and yoga sculpt! This place is a notch ahead of the others!!

This boutique gym has it all! From cycling, yoga, barre, hiit, weights, and treadmill classes there is truly something for everyone. I recently moved into the Fargo area and started going to Fly. Two weeks in, and I am hooked! The gym is modern, well designed, and always very clean. It is the best gym I have ever been a part of.
