I’ve been with fitness bootcamp for less than a month, and the positive impact is already clear. What I heard before joining doesn’t compare to what I’ve actually experienced. The team is truly supportive, friendly, and motivating. All the coaches are amazing—each one brings great energy and guidance, and they really care about your progress.
If you’re looking for real results and a welcoming community, I highly recommend this bootcamp. I’m grateful I joined.

False Advertisement!
I did the free 6 week challenge which consists of:
1. Deposit ($100) on the first day, then 2 weeks later they charge your card again another ($100)
2. Progress on final in-body scan
3. A minimum of two workouts per week ( I went 5 times a week); a minimum of eight Facebook check-ins
4. Weekly in-person check-ins with me
5. Google and Facebook review.
Which I did them all and after being pressured over and over again to sign up for 6, 12 or even longer memberships with them. Their memberships are over $100 bi-monthly, seems pretty high for a 30 min workout. I respectfully declined, every single time. Then she still doesn’t reimburse me my deposit. The free 6 week challenge is false advertisement, I do not recommend the Grand Forks Fit Body Boot Camp.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my 6 week challenge at Fit Body Boot Camp! I love that I can just show up and the workouts are all planned for me. Throughout the week there is a good mix of strength building and cardio. The coaches are super helpful if you have questions and the overall community vibe rocks.

I joined a 4 week challenge with an existing club member. I loved the workouts and how everyday is different. Such a great full body workout! The class length is great if you want to squeeze in a quick, effective workout, but if you want a little more, doing two classes is attainable! The coaches are great as well!

Boot camp has been awesome!!! 30mins go by quick but definitely enjoy the motivation and corrections from my coaches. Kennedy and the coaches have been so hopeful into getting back into my routine. Everyone should try at least one class. Testing your limits outside of a regular gym really have you thinking I am not doing as much as I thought lol. I love it!!!

Fit body boot camp in Grand Forks is the best place to go if you want a workout that will make you sweat, but you don't want to build your own workout or don't know how to!
I love going to FBBC because it is just as simple as showing up. The coaches are wonderful and will help you at any fitness level! My mother and I have been going for two years now and it is just the best!

I've been attending FBBC for about 4 years now and I absolutely love the classes!
The environment and people are very welcoming! I love that each class is just 30 minutes, so it's easy to fit into your day.
The coaches are always fun, energetic and encouraging! They learn what you're capable of and make sure you're pushing yourself to get the most out of each workout. They're knowledgeable with coming up with alternatives if you are needing modifications or have an injury where you can't do a certain exercise.
Such a fun place to get healthy, I'd highly recommend to anyone!

I joined a 4 week challenge with some friends, as one of them was a member & invited me! It was the best decision I have ever made! I will be signing up for a membership after the challenge. All is welcomed, there’s no judgement anywhere in that building. It’s structured, fun and challenging! New work outs each day! Each one challenges you but the coaches are right there every step of the way! Such an amazing place & it’s been a fun 4 weeks! I can’t wait til become a full time member! I have never really been motivated to work out but this place , motivates me like no other!! The drive to keep going is just out of this world!

I've always been intimidated by this type of work out, so avoided it like the plague. I only tried it as a favor to a friend, so she had a partner for a Four Week Challenge. I'm VERY grateful I did! They are the hardest workouts I've ever done, but they go by fast, they're different every day, there's modifications to fit anyone's fitness level, and I can't say enough about the above and beyond phenomenal staff. From Kennedy making you feel at home the minute you walk in the door to sign up (and even checking in on you after you've started!) to Amanda and Andy encouraging, guiding, motivating, and helping you through every minute of the sessions (no matter how much you squawk ;D ), you couldn't ask for a better crew! Still getting the hang of it, but absolutely enjoying the journey!

Love FBBC! I've been a member on and off since day one. I took a break due to an injury but am back. This circuit training makes it easy to get a full body workout without any knowledge of physical training. Staff is attentive, accessible and flexible. Atmosphere is welcoming. There is no sense of body or ability shaming. A diverse group of participants. I have arthritis in my knees and foot and they give alternative instruction for every exercise for those who have difficulty. thDrawbacks for me is the distance. Price point is a bit much. I think for the amount charged per week, a person should be able to attend as many times they choose during the week instead of having rates based on how many sessions you attend per week. Overall, if you have discretionary income you want to use for self care and you live nearby, this is a great place for that.

Given my numerous years of experience, I was not sure I would be able to complete the 6 Week Challenge. I enjoyed it immensely and the coaches helped me make the modifications, when my body said, "Yes, please." I also utilized the nutrition information I requested to promote lean muscle development. It really helped me get started in a new way of health-filled living! If you are not sure this is for you, it's a great way to find out! Highly recommend!

Completing the 6-week challenge at this gym has been truly transformative for me in many ways. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, and both the people and coaches are simply wonderful. I appreciated the opportunity to work with different coaches, each bringing their unique strengths to the table. Despite their differences, they were all consistently attentive to ensuring correct form and readily available to address any questions.
The gym fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, which made it easy to connect with others who shared similar fitness goals. While I typically prefer working out in a more secluded setting, I found the communal aspect of this gym refreshing and ultimately enjoyable. It did take some adjustment on my part, but I ended up thoroughly enjoying the experience.

I am so glad I decided to do the 6 weeks challenge. I plan on making these workouts a regular part of my fitness routine. Fit Body Boot Camp pushes you to the next level. The coaches pay careful attention to your goals, they are also great at scaling up or down work outs to maximize safety and ensure you get the most out of your time and effort. After trying a couple different gyms, I finally found the one that works best for me! I LOVE Fit Body Bootcamp! It takes the guess work out of the exercises. Everyday is a completely new workout so it keeps it fresh and exciting. The coaches are AMAZING! They know everyone by name and will help modify any of the exercises if needed. I did the 6 week challenge and I’m amazed at how quickly it changed me (in many different ways). It’s a really nice gym to go to and the people and coaches are wonderful! I enjoyed having different coaches because each one had a different thing to offer, but they were always happy and consistent in making sure your form is correct and if you had questions they were quick to answer. The environment is welcoming and inviting, it was wonderful to be part of a community that had the same goal. I’ve always struggled with going to gyms, but this was easy to be part of. I think the only thing I struggled with is I like to workout by myself in a secluded area, but this was a great change of pace. It took me a little bit, but I ended up really enjoying it. If you are considering it, please do it. You won’t regret it, I sure don’t.

I was terrified to join since I have never participated in any sort of work out class before. I haven’t been physically active in so long and all of the exercises were new to me so I was very nervous to start. Seriously, the second you walk through that door you feel welcomed and encouraged by not only the coaches but everyone in your class. My husband joined with me so this is our “our time” and I just love it! Each class is fun, yet challenging. I am so happy we took that step and started this journey to an active, healthier life. Jennifer Betz (Curry is my maiden name) I am done with my fifth week of boot camp and I have enjoyed it very much! I feel stronger, I have areas that are firmer, I have exchanged some of my body fat for muscle. It never gets boring it is different every time. I don't live in Grand Forks which is my biggest challenge as it is such a commute for me to participate. I love that they have multiple times throughout the day I can sign up for! I have enjoyed all the coaches, I always feel welcomed when I arrive, and even though I don't know anybody I work out with we all become a team and cheer each other on and high five when we are done! If you live in town I definitely recommend this to anybody! I am a grandmother of 7 so if I can do it anybody can! You are not push to go beyond what you can handle!

I had joined back when they first opened and loved it! Took a break while I had another kid and now I am back at it. Only 30 minutes per class but still an overall solid workout leaving you sweating and feeling great when you walk out. Kennedy is so helpful and loves learning about your goals and what she can do to help you achieve them. Coaching staff are so friendly and welcoming too and always remember your name. They demonstrate the exercises for you and give you alternative exercises to make it easier/harder. I typically go the same time every day so you see a lot of the same people working out and meet some new friends that will help encourage and push you as well. One girl I met always says, "Great workout! See you tomorrow." Which makes me sign up for the class even if I had planned on skipping that day. Ha! I highly recommend this gym to anyone that needs a fun and great workout but doesn't have a lot of extra time.

I started going at beginning of October and love it. I go 5 to 6 days a week. The workouts are short and easy to fit in to my schedule. If I have more time and want the extra workout you can do a double and go for an hour. The coaches are friendly and helpful. They offer modifications if needed. They also do scans so you can see how much muscle you have gained monitor your progress.

If you are looking for a place with friendly staff that motivates you and holds you accountable, this is your place. I've been working out here for 3 weeks now and feel better physically than I have in several years. After battling through the first few workouts I have been going daily in the mornings and look forward to the challenge each day. Coach Adrian and Austin have made the early morning classes a blast and I look forward to the challenge they've set up (even when I complain) for the next 30 minutes. I've only had 1 class with Coach Amanda but she had a very positive and motivating attitude and workout as well.
