Used to come here a lot until they got bought out and raised their prices, machines do need some maintenance and attachments too. Really loved what they had but after they switched owners and their attention switched felt like they really didn’t care too much for the gym just wanted to get more money

One of my favorite spots to work out in Fargo. 🏋️‍♀️ I've been a client for almost seven years. I adore John, the owner, and the staff. They made everything very easy for me coming from overseas and always make me feel welcome. There are a lot of gyms in the Fargo, Moorhead area, but this one in particular has a unique taste. By that I mean, you can work out and be yourself because there are no rules, weight limits, or lunk alarms—just you and the weights.

My only gripe is the volume of the speakers. It's often 85+ decibals- even on the matts on the opposite side of the room from the speakers. My noise cancelling headphones can't block out the speakers with how loud they are.

This gym and its employees are the best of the best. I’ve done the semi private transformation challenge, and it has been by far the best experience I’ve done. They know what they are doing and make it realistic and workable. Eric and Jordan are beyond fantastic. I would not go back to my other gym experiences in Fargo after being here. Family wellness is nice but the culture here is unbeatable.

I love metroflex boxing gym, Lorenzo is great with both my sons age 13 and 8 and works with them at their pace while still pushing them to be their best. You can tell he is passionate about his craft.

As MetroFlex as it gets. Hardcore, but inviting environment. Most people here are your regular gym crowd, and there's a sprinkle of every extreme here too. The gym provides for everyone. Bodybuilders, powerlifters, athletes, and more. State of the art equipment from all eras, old-school and new. Hammer strength, Arsenal, nautilus, pretty much everything here. Good selection of cardio machines as well. Powerlifting equipment, specialty bars, monolift, kilo plates, pound plates, bumper plates. They have an in house supplement shop (H&I) that has everything from D8/CBD/Full spectrum flowers and extracts to preworkouts, prohormones, test boosters and proteins. Dumbbells go up to 200lbs. Two full racks of dumbbells. Hella squat racks. It's a warehouse full of fun. Check out the astro turf or athlete specific equipment. Boxing gym. It's really an all in one. They even have a deep tissue massage and chiro in house. It's unreal. Strongman stuff too haha. Too much to even write out in a quick review, honestly could write a 6 page thesis on why MetroFlex is superior to every other gym I've ever been to.

Im using me girls email. But i been a member for about 2 years. And far best gym in area. Love this place, all i got is this gym. Keeps in line. Owners are coo, workers are coo, feel at home. 99.9% of all members are real positive. Boxing coach Zoe, Alonzo. Is coo dude. And cant forget BIG SUGG NIGHT LOOKING MOTHER. ALL LOVE NO HATE. The gym itself is fine, dungeon style, good range of equipment.
The sound system is a zero stars, nightmare interaction with the other patrons. I only go after-hours so I'm sure this is the worst of it, but having to argue with others at 0200 about whatever trash they *need* to listen to at 140dB is getting old.

Edit: The original review had a lower star rating, but I was so impressed by how well the gym and the staff handled the Covid-19 pandemic that is had to bump it up to five stars. I felt entirely safe working out here during that time.

This is my favorite gym in the whole world. The owners are so friendly and there is such a wide variety of equipment. You can get 7 passes for $25 and a day pass is only $10 with a social media check in. You won't get a better value anywhere else for what they offer. A ton power racks, deadlift platforms, machines, a sauna, cardio machines, cable machines and free weights.
