I like going to this gym because its not very crowded. It is also very affordable.

This gym offers much more then what I expected out of a such a small town like Tioga, ND. I would recommend this gym to anyone visiting or working in or around the area. There is a large mat-room, numerous cardio machines, plenty of free weights including dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 100lbs.
