At Light Pilates and Yoga, our trained and certified instructors are here to provide you with an optimal Pilates and Yoga experience. We are here to help you with your personal goals from injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, improved appearance, and improved athletic performance. Light Pilates and Yoga focuses on smaller class size to ensure your body is positioned appropriately allowing you to maximize your workout.
We are here to assist you with personal sessions also if you want a customized workout for your specifications. We look forward to working with you to change your behaviors, your mind and body all at once.
