If you're looking for a workout that really pushes you, this is a great place to go. The instructors provide extra motivation and encouragement, and I actually lost weight coming here. The only problems I've had were with their booking and front desk policies. The inconsistency really put a damper on my experience.

Unlimited classes is the way to go. Each class is different than the last, so you’re constantly working the different body parts in new and challenging ways. The coaches are awesome and the classes are high energy. If you’re looking to commit, you will get more than your moneys worth here.

Love this place! So fun and a great workout. Have met many new people while coming here. The coaches are all very supportive and motivating. If you’re looking to try your first class would highly recommend working out with Kate. She is one of my favorite coaches here in ND. She is very energetic and positive she makes every workout fun!

Unfortunately, it is disheartening to acknowledge that customer service seems to be a thing of the past, especially at this particular gym in Fargo, ND. Despite being a dedicated member who has brought them a significant amount of business, my membership was unexpectedly placed on a 30-day hold today due to a disagreement with one of their employees during a workout session. This employee/coach, who has caused issues before personally with me, decided to handle the situation in a confrontational and disrespectful manner towards me. It is crucial to remember that we, the members, are the customers who pay to use their facilities, not to be belittled or ignored. Instead of addressing the matter with the coach in question, the gym management chose to side with her and disregard my concerns. This establishment lacks effective conflict resolution strategies, leading to unresolved issues and unmet needs. It is imperative to focus on improving customer relations and communication in order to ensure a successful future for the gym. Let us prioritize how we treat and listen to our members, and take concrete actions to make necessary improvements.

Great workout. I went back today after two years off and I was surprised how much I loved it. I was trying to do something similar on my own at the gym, but actually coming here and having the coaches guide you works much better. It's essentially a HIIT workout and generally very satisfying. The workout works whether you are a beginner and can barely walk or super in shape. Highly recommend.

The only thing I don't like is their cancellation policy. They will charge for another month when you cancel, and then keep texting you to come back. Fairly typical for the fitness industry I suppose.

Only giving a poor review because they won’t stop calling me! They’ve called everyday and left a voicemail half the time (and an initial email & text) for the past two weeks. It’s annoying. I was going to schedule something when I became less busy and overwhelmed because I WAS excited to check it out but now I’m uninterested from the bothersome persistence. You called yourself out of a sale. Good job.

I am traveling out west but want to keep my cardio training going as I hope to prepare for another national championship run in tennis and pickleball latter this yr. Orange Theory in Fargo ND has been my go to workout. Employees greet us cheerfully as we arrive and seem to love their jobs, as do the coaches who keep us motivated. It’s fun to be with a great upbeat attitude. I’m new to Orange Theory's work outs which get my hearth rate up over 150/minute quickly, and the varied stations are well though out and keep me hustling to stay in and earn Orange zone splats (84% of max heartrate). Before I know it, I’ve burned 850 calories, ’m moving to another station and the hour's over and I've had an incredibly fun workout. I highly recommend OT to anyone who's seriously training for an event, trying to drop weight, get in incredible shape or just have fun. For me OT’s been an A+ experience.

I try my best to visit an OTF every time I travel. North Dakota is my 49th state on my bucket list of checking out all 50!

I really enjoyed the workout in this only Fargo location, burning about 630 lbs! Greg was not only a great coach, but also gave me great advice on what to check out locally! The young lady at the front desk also provided super friendly, speedy service to get my onboarded to their system.

Taking classes at Orangetheory has been extremely lucrative for a healthy mind and body. Getting a sweat in before my day starts helps to lower stress, enables me to think more clearly, and prompts me to make healthier choices throughout the day. Having a set time to workout by pre-booking lowers the chance I will skip and promotes consistency. The coaches are very friendly and supportive, and it’s great to be able to have a personal trainer while also staying motivated in a group setting. I have witnessed many positive changes to my overall well-being, thanks to OTF! 🧑

Hands down, best decision I've ever made. Fitness is a huge struggle for me to keep up with my daily routine or just trying to get off the couch! OTF pushes you. I've been going 5 times a week and I LOVE the workouts they have! Every day is different also, it's never the same boring routine. I think that is what makes it so different than a lot of other classes I've taken in the past and I can honestly say I never push myself during my workouts until I became a member with OTF. I will always have great things to say about this company and the staff. Charles and Kayla are very professional and fun! Kat and Jaden are awesome coaches! You will not be disappointed if you join! I can't recommend OTF enough. I was one of the first members when it opened here in Fargo. I loved the motivation from the coaches to push myself in a way I can't do myself. Now - fast forward 4 years and I am 7 months pregnant. Orangetheory has been a life saver physically and mentally during a very tough pregnancy. The coaches are beyond helpful in adjusting my workouts so I can push myself when I can, and take modifications where I need them. I have been a member of most gyms/boutique fitness studios in town and I am just so grateful for OTF. I'm a lifer, for sure!

Took my first Orange Theory Exercise class tonight and it was amazing! The workout was well rounded from weights to tread mill and more!

I earned 8 splat points tonight, burned over 700 calories and got my heart rate up to 130 bpm!

I started out speed walking and ended up light running on the tread mill which I didn’t think I would do!

The Coach was understanding, extremely helpful, caring and compassionate!

The front desk ladies were totally awesome to talk to and get all my questions asked!

This is the only fitness center that as made me wanna actually come back to!

I would highly recommend and please at least try the free class!

Also if you’re worried about price it is totally affordable which is always my #1 concern!

Great way to get fit! Friendly staff and a highly motivational workout that uses Game Theory with a fitness tracker to keep your heart rate up and help you keep burning in your Orange Zone. I never thought I would love rowing and weights so much until I joined! Every workout is different and focuses on strength, power, endurance, etc, but does a bit of calisthenics/weights, a bit on a treadmill, and a bit on the rowing machine. I feel much more confident going into a regular gym on my own!

I am on travel and called to confirm a spot in a Saturday class, gave personal information including credit card number, only to show up and find out they had no record of my information or a spot saved in a class. Let me begin by saying that when I first heard about OT, I believed that there was no way this gym was for me, but now, 6 months in, I am stronger and accomplishing things that I never believed I would. This gym is for all ages and fitness levels.
The staff is great. They make an effort to learn your name and engage on a more personal level. They greet you when you arrive and wish you well on your way out the door. In the gym they motivate you with high fives and whoops of encouragement. They also nudge you to push beyond your perceived limits.
The workouts are never the same, are always challenging and leave you feeling wiped out and accomplished! I also appreciate the ever present tangible goals that exist- earning splat points, hitting a certain heart rate, going a certain distance or reaching a new speed on a machine. In addition, OT builds in fun extras to keep your experience fresh.
OT is the perfect storm of all things gym and fitness!

At other gyms, I struggled with motivating myself enough to actually work out hard enough to get the results I wanted. I considered the route of hiring a personal trainer, but that isn’t financially ideal for me. Orangetheory is amazing because all I need to do is come prepared and the rest is up to the coach. Each day is different and equally challenging but you have the ability to go at your own pace or push yourself. The coaches are more than willing to help whether it be correcting form, modifying work outs for injuries or just there for support. By far my favorite fitness facility I’ve ever experienced.

Love OTF; I live in Colorado so I’ve only been to this location a handful of times when I’m up here for work, but man the music is just terrible in my opinion. I hate working out to 80s screaming guitar solos and the last two times I’ve been that’s the entire playlist! Such a bummer, had to leave the class halfway because it just was brutal. If you’re a fan of the genre I’m sure it’d be fine, but it’s miserable to run to.

I love that you don’t have to think about or plan anything, just pick a time and show up to work out. Simple as that! All of the hard work about planning what to do at the gym is done for you. If you’re anything like me, I used to waste so much time just thinking/planning about what area of the body I wanted to work out on which days, and what exercises to do. I love that orange theory is mindless when it comes to that aspect. And you get a damn good workout in, in one hour! Time saver.

I had a regular gym memberahip for years and the weight room would intimidate me because I never knew what to do and so I would just end up doing something cardio related. I signed up for a 6 month membership and about 2 months in I fractured my femur and dislocated my knee. I put my membership on hold (something they offer for 2 months while charging you a $15/mo service fee). I tried coming back but my leg and knee were still not up to par and my Dr advised I wait a bit longer. I tried contacting management via email, phone and stopping in and never heard back. Meanwhile I had been charged $89/mo for the next 4 months because I was physically unable to attend classes and I couldn’t postpone any longer. I then went in to cancel at the end of my 6th month and they charged me an an additional month and I tried contacting management again with several emails and phone calls and no one called me back. I loved the workout but the customer service and management sucks and all I wanted was to transfer the number of classes I paid for per month onto a punch card so I could use when the Dr said I was able.

What sets OTF apart is the unique blend of comradery and competition. No one is ever judging or trying to "beat" you that isn't in fun and shared goals. All fitness types, young and seasoned, can come into any class and feel powerful and see right before their eyes that we are all there with the same heart. It pushes you to work hard and improve but never feels like you can't keep up. Yes, you can do workouts like this anywhere but the accomplishment that comes from doing it in a passionate, supportive environment like Orange Theory cannot be duplicated. Plus, I never have to battle for equipment like I do at my freestyle gym!

I've always enjoyed high intensity classes, so I've done Boot Camps and Hiit Classes before. Orangetheory Fitness has the perfect workouts that push me much harder than I would ever push myself on my own at the gym. I'm the first to admit that I hate the treadmill, but they are always switching up the speeds/inclines, so it's never overwhelming. The coaches are encouraging, and it definitely helps to be able to see on the monitor where you're at, how hard you're pushing, and if you can push just a little harder (referencing the green/orange/red zones on the monitor). The first 2 weeks I was pretty much sore every day, so be prepared. It's not easy, but I can guarantee that everyone that leaves an OTF class feels accomplished afterwards! I've thrown away my scale and just dedicated myself to OTF to getting fit and healthy.

Love OTF!! I show up, the coaches tell you what to do...no remembering if it's "leg day" or "cardio day"...you'll do all of it!

You can go at your own pace, but the intensity is always there because the instructors are great and everyone around you is working hard. It is an hour of very hard work but very fun and the feeling after you finish is incredible.
