Colby has been a great trainer for me. I came to him mainly to help me because of my osteopenia, and after less than a year of training with him, all of my dexascan numbers improved. As someone who used to not lift a lot, iron chapel has helped me a lot not only to go to gym more often but to watch what I eat and the gains have been huge not only in the weight room but also on the football Field and basketball court I really appreciate Colby and how much he cares about each individual athlete. There has been numerous times where he has came to my athletic events and supported me there. Next-Level Training was a great experience for me and I really felt like it gave me an edge over my competitors. You just don’t do squats, deadlifts, and bench but do a variety of exercises. Such as plyos, lunges, med ball exercises , and sprints to help you with explosiveness in season but not enough to lead you to being sore for your games throughout the week. Also, in Next- Level Training you do a variety of lifts to help you not only get stronger but also to prevent injury throughout season. Also, as an athlete who played sports such as hockey and football that led me to get banged up and sore throughout the week. The training really helped me be ready for my games throughout the week by doing exercises to help loosen my muscles and help with my soreness. Finally, I would say in Next-Level-Training there was competition everyday with my peers and that led to everyone pushing each and getting better. Overall I would say Next- Level- Training is a must for any athlete who is trying to improve and stick out on the field.

I've been an athlete since I was in the 4th grade. I've played every type of sport. From Baseball, football, hockey, track & field, to being a current professional bullfighter.

I came to Colby at the end of November 2021 and for the first time in my life, I trained how an athlete needs to train.
