Honestly, best gym experience I have ever had. The only thing I would want that it is missing is a basketball hoop/court. Great hours, great machines, and the place is never too busy to where I need to wait to get my workout in. Love the massage chairs as well. Biggest complaint anyone I know has is the limited free bar experiences as they have more smith machines.

Just recently joined Planet fitness for the first time, need to get back into some sort of fitness journey. I've been a member of multiple gyms over the years. It is a really nice place, love the big windows and access to anything you need. The black membership gives you access to the massage chairs and it's not overly expensive. Staff is very friendly. My first time I ended up with a younger guy who pointed to a few things and then walked away lol. I guess he thought I'd figure it out. My only complaint that the gym itself has no control over is the amount of people I've seen not wipe their equipment, weight machines after use. So I just wipe them before and after using which is time consuming. Overall it's a nice facility with everything you need.

This newer facility is gorgeous - open, full of light, it has a huge selection of machines and exercise equipment, lots of cardio equipment, too. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the club is always clean. Top notch. I highly recommend it.

Never over crowded, great equipment and friendly staff. Just please keep people off their phones - texting means you’re not really using the equipment, use headphones for music and no need to sing along, I’ve got my own tunes. Ha ha thanks

the largest and most impressive Planet Fitness I've ever been to. it was quiet when I went to work out but I did see people there at night and in the morning great facility I couldn't even imagine what it looks like packed but it is the most impressive Planet Fitness I've ever seen. Fargo, ND you keep impressing me beyond my expectations.

The new facility is great, its the biggest Planet Fitness in the country! Lets go Fargo!

There is plenty of space in the new place, doesn't feel cramped. Lots of windows to get outside lighting. Lots of equipment, so there is less fighting for stuff during busy hours. Location is easy to get to. I'm really happy we got this, makes me more excited to go to the gym!

It was a nice and quiet Tuesday and I thought that I should go to the gym and get jacked for all the 10/10s at my private villa in Florida. Turns out my butler drove the helicopter all the way there just for them to not have a heli pad for us to park. Waste of time, would also be a waste of money but I make too much for it to matter anyways.

I have had a planet fitness membership probably almost a decade. on 5-19 around lunch time to get my membership squared away. the red-head at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, patient and kind. I'm kind of awkward and shy when going into an unfamiliar gym but the kindness helped a lot feel more secure in being there.
The manager gave me a tour of the new building and showed me all of the equipment and the spa. She was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable as well.
I came back later in the evening to lift and all of the staff for the night shift were great too. I will be returning and hope the improvements continue!

Have gone in and signed papers to close our account. Have called multiple times. We are still getting billed monthly. When we call there is never a “manager” on duty who can help us.
Mind you we already went in to cancel this, in person, we signed papers canceling. We’ve been charged two months and a yearly fee since.

Pros- Beautiful new equipment, lots of variety, lots of space, clean, and AWESOME staff (Brenda is a ROCKSTAR)
Cons(minor) - stall doors/hinges locks in women's locker room don't align quite right for locking
-music between floor and locker room not perfectly synchronized (SUPER minor but a little annoying)
- no Olympic weightlifting platforms, which may just be my personal preference over Smith Machines.
Overall, I love this club and Planet Fitness in Fargo/Moorhead does a great job!

I see the staff cleaning frequently. This makes me believe this gym will stay relatively clean and taken care of as it ages.

I’ve noticed some of the machines cater to a man’s body size; there’s less adjustment options that can be made than other machines I’ve used. Most machines here have just one place to adjust for size. But I love that there are so many well-spread options for machines to use!

The “spa” even though it’s usually busy, it is definitely still worth the extra price.

Workout machines face huge Windows to overlook Fargo it's very nice. New facility has a very high chemical smell from off-gassing but that will improve with time as it's aired out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying extra for the black card spa as the massage chair and hydro massage and especially red light therapy with vibration therapy is amazing!! really helps one recover from a workout or a tough days work.

I love the location, in a new growing area of SF PF surely got an amazing place!!
They surely did a great job setting up the gym, the best part is the spa club with all the massage chairs, red light therapy, tanning beds, you name it - well thought!!
The staff is always super friendly and helpful- which makes a huge difference - great job!!
All together I will 💯% recommend it!!
The one little thing I wish they would work on is having bigger trash receptacles at every room at the spa, some don’t even have one.

Really genuinely surprised with how nice this Planet is, two floors, three separate free weight dumbbell/barbell sections, several of the matrix body machines, a good sized stretching/yoga area to itself, and more!

Feels like this one wants to break the stereotype a bit that PF’s usually have, would highly recommend checking it out.
