Probably one of the dirtiest PF’s I’ve worked out in! Never once did I see anyone cleaning the equipment, sweeping or mopping the floors! There about an inch of filth on the outside perimeter of the gym! The bathroom’s are just nasty! 🤢

There’s a girl that goes around spraying this god awful stuff in the air ( I think it’s supposed to be air freshener!) If you clean your gym, you won’t need air freshener!

The only reason I will give this location a 3 star is because they are still planet fitness. However there hours a joke and the men who work here are pushy. Where i come from we have 33 planet fitness all 33 of witch are in the twin cities and north metro are open 24/5 like a normal gym. This place hours and employees are a joke. This is the only planet fitness with in a 2 hour radius in all directions. Please update to the regular standards.

I am a fan of Planet Fitness Gym's. I am a member of the VIP / Black Card. I do vehicle transport 48 states so when I have the chance I get a good work out, shower and massage at the location / state I end up each night. Loved this gym and there was a shorter blonde female at the front desk, well 5 STARS 🌟 for her attitude and happy face greeting people as they come in and go!!! But there was this other female, tall blonde with dark brown reddish hair, whom came in the men's bathroom / locker room without calling "female on deck."!!! So she walked up on me while I was grooming myself and she did it again exactly when I was coming out of the shower. She also came in slamming with force the locker doors one, she probably did it like 15 times. by one. She saw me both times one half dressed and the other naked as I was coming out of the shower. To TOP it off there was this blonde male, I believe he was the "boyfriend ," who walked up on me while I was grooming myself and he said, " well well what are we doing here? What are you doing"?? To what I answered to him, "I am not done yet but I am cleaning after myself." He started laughing with sarcastic face, so I told him, "I am grooming myself, I am a grown man & what you need to do its mind your busines."!!! This happen this Friday the 18th in the evening, the same guy was standing at the front desk when I walked out from the gym. To make this believable please check the cameras / video. To be sincere I felt completely 100% harassed and discriminated by these two individuals. I think they forgot to "leave their ego's outside." This needs to come to the attention of management.

Beware!! Planet Fitness has draconian membership cancellation practices. They continue to charge & draft your bank account forever. Has to shut down my bank account to get their charges to stop. Was member for 3 years. I have 25 years of weight lifting training experience. Was injured at the local club when a staff member claiming to know how to spot weights, just dropped 275 lbs on me before I was even close to ready. Rotator cuff torn. Haven't been able train 4 months now. In 3rd month of physical therapy now. Planet fitness still draft charging me & claiming $15/month late fees plus the monthly fees. They make it impossible to cancel your membership. Require in person at original home club, fill out forms there. Problem is evening staff, when I can go, doesn't know how to do it. Then they won't cancel you unless you pay all cancellation fees they make up & claim you owe. Beware!! Never join one off these clubs. If you haven't tried to cancel your membership with Planet Fitness staff that have no idea what they are doing, you have no basic to comment on this review. Good luck when it becomes your time to cancel your membership.

If you join this gym and want to cancel your membership in person, you're going to have issues. Either some members of the staff are not properly trained to do this. Or something more nepherious is happening. This establishment does not respect its patrons. Just look at all responses to the negative reviews. Nothing is personal or addresses the issues. It's all cooperate pre-approved responses. Don't waste my time. My attorney is on standby.

I absolutely love this gym, the first time coming j was super nervous and scared, but everyone was more focused on there own exercise. I go here regularly and they have great machines/equipment, this is not a high school hangout so there are no distractions while working out. Overall great gym 100% recommended.

Dirty bathrooms. Went to take a shower and only 1 was working. It was the handicap stall and nowhere to put the shower head while soaping up. Attendant didn't even look up from his phone when people were coming in.

The workers here are extremely rude. I went to tan and the front desk worker Lori was clearly very annoyed at the fact. I asked for bed 2, she said there was someone in that bed and I said that’s fine I can wait! She rolled her eyes at me and shooed me away. This is not the first time she’s been rude to me. I have always smiled and been polite and for some reason she just doesn’t like me. Considering planet fitness claims to be a place where everyone belongs, she doesn’t represent that very well.

This Planet Fitness is one of the cleanest I have experienced. Even the showers and locker area was flawless. Paper towels provided so you can keep the sinks dry. Thank you!! The staff is friendly.

My only suggestion is to remove the low separating wall in the 360 area to create better space flow and maybe mirrors or something to get the energy moving in the ABS room cause you feel kinda isolated.

This place is a thieves paradise , You cant even put Your water bottle down unattended and management will do nothing but blame You.

The member contract clearly states that they will provide a safe and secure environment,but they dont.

They will also kick You out if You call the police because Your making them look bad when its Your fault, so they say.

Turns out when the police asked them for the camera footage,they stated that they weren't plugged in.

I demanded My money back , but was only given a partial refund .

Now I go to snap fitness,smaller but the management is so much better.

I ended up cancelling my membership because I really wanted it for the summer and am a college student so I will be going to the one on campus. Nothing wrong with the facility but when I went in to cancel my membership I was called a "heartless monster" by one of the staff, not once but TWICE. The woman asked me "If the heartless monster could please sign here stating you want to cancel." I don't really care if you're having a bad day or just trying to joke around but if I'm cancelling a gym membership , I am already uncomfortable and calling me a "heartless monster" is not appropriate in ANYWAY. If Planet Fitness is a "judge free zone", why are you calling me a heartless monster when cancelling a membership.

I travel all over the country for work and go to many planet fitness, this one by far is the most un maintained one i ever been to. The water fountain looks disgusting, floors have dirt and salt all over them all through out the gym most pf have pple walking around cleaning machines i never see anyone doing it here... front entrance is embarrassing and you have 2 or 3 people working talking.. definitely not anything like any other gyms. I see why they are short staffed. I wouldnt want to work here either.

I started going here a few weeks ago & I'm a new member. There are plenty of machines to choose from. There is one treadmill that is not suitable to be ran on, when you pick up speed the belt starts to stick causing you to jolt and mess up your momentum. I believe it's the second to last treadmill before the ab workout area. Other than that, the place is kept pretty clean. I just wish they use a different type of paper towels for wiping down the machines. They tear easily and don't do very well with spreading the cleaning solution onto the machine you're wiping.

This is one of the better planet fitness locations out there. They keep the equipment, locker rooms and the facility in general very clean. My only gripe is they don't regularly maintain the treadmills so a lot of them slip which has caused me to almost fall off a few times.... But other than that, it's my zen place everyday.

The epuipment and facility are really beautiful. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is really sad. Nobody, and I mean nobody, talks to one another during their workouts. The company operates under a foundation of non-judgment with signs all over the place that you belong. That couldn't be farther from the truth. This company is all about judgment. In fact, there's a sign on the wall that says if you drink water out of a gallon jug and you wear a tank top during your workout you are considered what is called a lunk. And people who are considered lunks are summarily dismissed and memberships revoked. Who cares what size the container is that you drink water out of? So much for non judgement. I just think that's absolutely crazy. Just do a quick search on YouTube for all the people who lost their membership at a planet fitness. They may be trying to attract people who are new to the fitness industry and once they get in better shape they are no longer welcome. I've been working out for a long time and I feel very uncomfortable in this gym.
Again, the locker room is really nice the facilities are really nice but it's a sad place to work out. I feel like I'm walking around on eggshells and I'm going to get my membership taken away any second.👀

Really like the equipment, price, and times being open. Disappointed that some people that are walking around without masks and the staff doesn't say anything to them. Even though there are signs everywhere stating to wear masks when not using the equipment.
