Revolution checks all the boxes for me.
I train with Ben - he has challenging yet doable workouts and makes it fun! He, as well as all the trainers are very friendly, welcoming and professional.
Ben keeps me accountable and also is very flexible with regards to my schedule etc .
The gym space is a non-intimidating environment and also is spotless!
I highly recommend Revolution!

I’ve been coming to this gym since middle school when I first started strength training to improve my lacrosse game. That’s when I began working with Ben, and he’s been a huge part of my journey ever since. With his guidance, I’ve gotten stronger, faster, and more confident on and off the field and now I’m playing college lacrosse thanks to all his help!
Ben is an incredible trainer and mentor who truly cares about his athletes. He pushes you to be your best while teaching proper technique and creating workouts tailored to your goals. If you’re serious about improving your performance or fitness, I can’t recommend Ben and this gym enough!

I have been going to Revolution Personal Training for over 10 years and this is the best spot I found for personal training. Ben has worked with my Grandson for the last 4 years and because of the training he provided my grandson is now playing for NDSU Lacrosse team. I know for a fact that without the personal training he has gotten here he would not be playing college Lacrosse.

I've been exercising at Revolution for several months now and have to say I've been extremely impressed. I've been in numerous gyms across the U.S. and have to say this might be the best. The design of the gym and the amount of equipment and amenities is top notch. Not to mention, the staff is always very greeting and upbeat!! I highly recommend consulting with their team!!

Going to the boot camp at Rev Fit has changed my life for the better. I didn’t know a lot about strength training and our trainer Payton does such a good job explaining each exercise with patience and absolutely no judgement. I’m busy mom who doesn’t have a lot of time to work out and I get the best workout in 35 min thanks to Payton. Additionally, I have been able to tell a difference in my strength and body tone. Extra bonus, I have made amazing friends I look forward to seeing each week. Thank you Payton and all the Rev Fit team for helping me in my wellness journey and for providing a judgement free zone for us!

Jenny has been awesome to work with! I’ve enjoyed her workouts - they’re a short 30 minutes with big impact! It always goes so fast! She has improved my form and taught me new techniques in just 3 sessions. Already noticing changes in my body. She’s a great cheerleader & always seems to make me laugh (especially during those ab workouts 😅). Very personable & knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!!

I have been working out with Jenny weekly for almost 9 years. It is always one of the highlights of each week. The workouts are different each time and she helps keep me motivated and accountable. The gym is top notch, spacious, and clean. Anyone from beginner to experienced lifter can feel comfortable in this environment and with any of the trainers. They are very knowledgeable and care about the whole person, catering to your level and needs. The bonus bootcamp workouts are a fun additional workout in a small group atmosphere. Can't recommend Revolution enough!

I enjoy working with Jenny at Revolution. As someone who has considered himself injury prone, I always trust that I will come out of each workout better than I was when I walked in. She’s great at listening when something (that I did probably did to myself outside of the gym) is bothering me, and is flexible in our plan to still safely make sure that we’re strengthening those weaker parts of my body. I love that I feel at home when I walk in. By all the trainers, and you even get to know other clients as well. It’s a great community that builds you up at any level. The bootcamps are an amazing time. You can join at any level and they can help you customize your workout to meet your needs. Hard for you to get down on the ground? They can help. Wrist hurts when doing a certain exercise? They find a different way for you to do it.
I bring my 13 yr old niece with to the bootcamps and she has a new found love for being active!

Revolution has been life changing for me. When I first started going I was overweight and struggled with embarrassment at being in group classes or public gyms. The private nature and one on one training allowed me to feel comfortable and also Ben was able to adapt as my weight went down. In addition, I feel like I get an hour of strength training in with just a 30 min session because he is setting up the next exercise so there is no downtime. The team is very professional and feel like family now after 4 years!

I love both Ben and Jenny. I've been seeing Ben on and off since they opened in 2012!
The great thing is that you can sign up for personal training and not need a gym membership on top of it. But they do have the option!

There's no pressure, no judgement, and my fitness/health needs are considered. It's safe, comfortable, accessible, and affordable.

I am out of shape, asthmatic, and very whiny. I have never received an eyeroll or stigma or any sort of issues you'd get with a larger gym. When I have injuries, we work through them safely. They are patient, understanding, and kind. They get to know their clients and cater to YOU and not just a standard cookie cutter plan.

I recommend them to everyone, and now I'm recommending them to you, reading this right now.
