Equipment is not well maintained. Most of the machines need greased or whatever makes them glide without catching. Free weight area is super tiny. Need better machines or remove machines and focus on bigger free weight area. Beware of cancellation policy and make sure you understand it before signing up. Like most gyms there is fine print you should read like how the annual fee works. Could be a nice little gym, but it isn't.

The equipment isn’t maintained very well, if at all.
The owner also likes to point out all of your account delinquencies in front of the entire gym (whether payment is late, entry card isn’t working, need to update an address). He will approach you about it and about the most unprofessional way you possibly can. Would not recommend as the 3 months I have went it does not seem like any of the members know how to safely operate any of the equipment either!

I am extremely pleased with John’s leadership for my exercise. He always approaches his work in a kind, thoughtful and methodical way. He is careful and conscientious. I believe he has great skills to be a trainer.

Seems like a alright gym, 24/7 decent equipment and free weights. Alright price arguably high for the amount of equipment and space that there is except that there is a $10 fee to get your card to swipe in, a $70 annual fee charged on the third month and the worst part was when I tried to cancel because I moved away to college, they said I needed a 30 day notice which is clearly a way to get more money out of gym goers, after they say you can cancel at any time. They said they would waive the cancellation month if I provided 2 forms of verification of my address, my bank doesn’t even require that much verification to cancel. If I could have I would have not signed up for this extremely expensive gym with limited equipment whose goal is to take the most amount of money from people.

I have been coming to the gym for about 7 months at this time. It has been The best gym I’ve ever gone too. This place blows the YMCA or any chain place out of the water. I am always happy and excited to come into the gym. The machines are always clean and well maintained. It is always to get in contact with a staff member when needed. I wanted to get into better shape then what I was (I was round). This is super convenient to my home, always clean and I'm not intimidated by other members. Most time there is less than 3 others in while I'm there so no waiting for free weights or machines. I hired trainer John Hardin to keep me accountable and make sure I do things right. Nicely located gym that is VERY clean and well kept. Open 24/7, unstaffed, but with ample security. Great mix of cardio, machines, and free weights. On the small side as far as gyms go, but this was never any problem for me. Great gym to choose if you work odd hours, are daunted by the size and patronage of larger national/regional gyms (like planet fitness), or you just like a more casual gym experience. Personal trainers are available here as well. 10/10 would recommend! Powerlifter friendly

It's a good gym. It's not anything fancy but the owner is very upfront in terms of letting you use a free 7 day trial to use the gym to find out what your paying for. It has all the needed equipment that anyone wanting to get a good workout in needs. I personally have lost ~100 pounds in 8 months after working out here twice a day. The owner's a nice guy and is easy to contact. For those men and women out there that go to a gym expecting things like 2 of every machine, a tanning booth, big locker rooms, showers, etc this is NOT the gym for you ; This is a gym for those who don't want to be stuck into contracts for long-periods that provides you with all the basics at an reasonable price and is open 24/7. VERY few gyms are open 24/7 and let me tell you as someone who's lost a lot of weight here; That is VERY important. You have no idea how nice it is to be able to eat a meal or go out bowling or just socializing around town and being able to go and work part of your meal off or go workout after a meetup or something ; I'm convinced if this gym had normal hours I'd of maybe only lost 10-20 pounds, it's that important to me and for those who have yet to use a 24/7 gym ; You might realize that it's worth trading the tanning bed for 24/7 access!

Facility is always clean. Very small but perfect for a quick workout. I signed up for a membership and told the owner before signing up that I would only be using the gym for a few months due to me moving out of state! (Military) He told me all I would need to do is email him a letter stating that. I did this! I just paid $500 to pay myself out of late fees and a full year membership! My mother is also going through the same thing!
Just make sure you know and understand what you are signing up for!

Anything less than 5 starts wouldn't be fair due to how well this gym suits me

Pros: - Rarely have to wait on machines/equipment
- They are typically not busy at all, on average one other person at the gym with me on any given occasion
- Always clean
- Open 24/7
- No staffing and such little current members really makes it feel like your own gym sometimes
- Have workout machines/equipment to workout every muscle and typically there is some way you can change your grip/variation.
- Owner is very responsive and helpful

Cons: - Not enough weight plates if a few people are using them at a given time.
- Dumbells only go up to 75 lbs I believe and kettlebells to 40 lbs
- No longer has the drink vending machine

Overall a very nice gym and they have rewards you can earn by using points you earn from referring friends to the gym or simply going to the gym you get points as well. It's unique and I think has a good future ahead of it, hopefully one day they can expand and buy the property next door possibly. But for now it's great how it is.

Pros -
-Though older, the equipment is clean and well maintained
-Good amenities with bathrooms, lockers, vending machines, wifi, etc
-Not crowded. Been there a couple times and its never congested
-Nice bars & dumbbells with none bent or broken.
-Open 24/7

Cons -
-No dumbbells above 75lbs
-Shortage of plates. If two people are there lifting reasonable weight, you wont have enough to go around. Theres only 6 45lb plates.
-Theres room for a real cable setup, but they only have a small one not really suitable for many cable exercises and very limited grips available
-The equipment isnt bolted down, so many of the machines move on the slick floor even if youre using good form with heavy weight
-The mats arent really padded. They are basically just a barrier between you and the floor.
-No curl bench.
-No mirror in front of squat rack.

Bottom line is that this gym is probably a good option for most people. It has all the basic stuff for someone to stay fit. That said, more serious lifters would find this facility lacking. When they are running a sale, its a pretty fair deal, but with a couple hundred dollar signup, you may be better suited to go with LA or a larger gym with more equipment.
