I feel so blessed to have met Elena and been introduced to 30 min HIT. I was on the search for years for the perfect workout program/location that was flexible enough for my work schedule, not too time consuming that I would make excuses not to go, effective to work all my body parts and something I would enjoy. I discovered that I not only enjoy the workout, I need it. This workout physically helps me relieve stress in a healthy way and just when you start to feel tired, it’s over so fast. The music is awesome and keeps me motivated , all the girls are supportive and the whole experience like no other. You have to give it a try to truly get it!

I hate exercising but this gym makes it so easy to fit a quick workout into my day. You're literally in and out in 30 minutes and there's always a trainer on the floor to help when you forget what you're supposed to be doing or just need an extra push to keep going. The ladies that work here are wonderful and welcoming!

My wife has gone here for over a year and made incredible gains. They recently held a couple's evening where the significant other's of the members could workout side by side. It was challenging if you're not used to high-intensity but not at all impossible. It was a great way for the men to gain a whole new appreciation for the level of work and dedication these members put into their workout. The staff was incredibly nice and helped coach everyone. The best part was the motivation they all give to each other to push through when you need it the most. My wife loves it here and I can easily see why. It makes me happy to know that she loves it, it helps her decompress and it is somewhere she feels secure in going. Her confidence has skyrocketed because of 30 minute hit and I can see why.

I love this gym! I was never a big fan of gyms or group fitness, but this is so different. The trainers are so encouraging and get you excited for your workout! They truly want to understand your fitness goals and help you reach them. I love that my workout is only 30 minutes and I sweat more than I ever have! The gym is VERY clean and always smells good. If you're considering this gym, do the free trial! You have nothing to lose! This is seriously the best gym experience I've ever had!

Amazing workout. I belong to a gym but wanted something that could Kickstart my weight loss and journey to get fit. 30 min Hit was exactly what I needed. Its challenging and so rewarding. I truly enjoyed my trial class. It was the exact intensity I needed and not to mention Larissa was phenomenal. She was patient kind and informative. I was nervous about having a sore knee but she made me feel confident. The facility was clean and the format was easy to follow. I loved my free trial ! The one on one encouragement and the kids area was incredibly helpful when thinking of how I would be able to maintain a workout routine, not to mention being in a women’s only gym really helps with anxiety surrounding getting out into a workout environment as someone who doesn’t typically partake in physical fitness around others often! This establishment had a great mission, working out in a. Way that is useful and safe for women who come here to train!

I recently tried the intro class at 30 Min Hit in Avon and absolutely loved it! The workouts were fun, energizing, and packed with variety, making every minute fly by. I especially appreciated being able to bring my kid along, as they have a dedicated kids' corner, which was a huge plus. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I have been hitting for 1.5 years now and I never dread coming in like I have in the past at other gyms. After a workout, I feel amazing and the calories just keep burning throughout the day. The trainers are so great! They really try to get to know every single member and help them move up levels as you progress through the workout! During the last circuit “Bob” all the other members and trainers cheer you on as you are about to finish your 30 minute workout! Love that it is only for women and that no matter if you know the women or not everyone cheers for everyone!

I have never been apart of such a positive, welcoming, and motivating gym like 30 Minute Hit! I was looking for a gym that was different than your typical weights and cardio machines, and this boxing circuit style workout is perfect not only for a great exercise, but also learning life-saving skills. All the trainers are wonderful, they truly care about your health goals, improving your skills, and also their community. I have always left workouts here in a better mood, and feeling empowered!

As a newer member of this gym, I cannot say enough about this place. Elena, the owner, personally worked out with me on multiple occasions. You can try for free. Clean environment. The energy and empowerment from all of the women here is amazing!!! Both trainers (Larissa and Madi) are present, engaging, helpful, and motivating!!! I love 30 Minute Hit. My left knee has had 3+ sports injuries and a surgery. My Dr says there is no cartilage at all left in there and that my next step is knee replacement. I didn't think this type of workout would go over so well but my knee has felt better since I've been going to 30 Minute Hit this past month than it has felt in a decade! I am walking better and every week I get stronger. The music is great and the trainers are motivating. The time goes by so fast and your workout is done before you know it.

I recently tried this 30-minute HIIT workout session, thinking it would be a breeze—turns out, I was in for a challenge. The trainer kept me motivated, especially during the last 10 minutes when I was really struggling. I felt so energized, and even surprised myself with a strong right hook! What really stood out was seeing the women in the class encouraging each other—it was incredibly motivating. I was riding that high for a while, but later that day, my new dog bit my kid, which quickly put a damper on things. Still, if you’re considering joining this gym, don’t hesitate. I felt the burn for two days afterward, and it’s true—exercise definitely brings a boost of happiness!

I have been able to attend 30 minute hit while I am home from college. My 48 year old mother and 76 year old grandmother have also decided to join with me. We all enjoy our time there, as the atmosphere is more than welcoming. The coaches are personable and ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. This gym has become the highlight of my weekdays. I joined a couple months ago and have been consistent with it for about a month now. Of course it’s a fantastic full body workout (specifically geared towards women, which is HUGE), but I’ve become fascinated with the mental clarity it’s provided me. Regardless of the day I’ve had, I know I can go into the gym, and 30 minutes later I’ll come out with a whole different outlook. It’s truly my time to shut my brain off, let the trainers tell me what to do, and make my body stronger.

Man, where do I start? I used to belong to the Local Y, going 4-5x a week for an hour and a half. Changed lifestyle, did different workouts, but wasn’t seeing results or feeling different. I was basically wasting my time (and money). I had heard of the benefits of kickboxing and decided to give it a try. Googled “kickboxing near me” and 30 Minute HIT Avon popped up. I was drawn to the fact that it’s a “Women’s Only Membership”. Let’s be honest, the grunting meatheads taking up the machines, weights, and always flexing in the mirror is just annoying. Intrigued, I did the free trial and I was HOOKED! I started off going 3x a week and saw changes in A MONTH! The environment is welcoming, encouraging and body positive. The other members are so friendly and the trainers are FANTASTIC! Always pushing you to do better and hit harder, but also keeping you from injury. They can modify the workouts to adapt to any skill, athleticism, age, weight, size or physical impairment. I can’t say enough great things about 30 Minute HIT Avon. You’ll have to experience it for yourself, so give them a try! You won’t regret it!

I don’t even know where to begin- I I used to go to the gym every day, lift and do cardio, but I wasn’t feeling like I was doing anything for myself going to the gym became a chore. Now I look forward to coming to the gym every day to see the trainers at 30 minute hit in Avon! 30 minute HIT Avon has an amazing group of trainers that motivate you but actually care about you as a person. Plus, if you can’t make it in, you can work out virtually and they can tailor your workout to fit your specific needs. it is so much more than a workout-It’s fun, women only , veteran owned and teaches you valuable self-defense moves. This gym is 1000 times better than a typical gym.

Coming from a girl who, for her 30 years of life never worked out, never played sports and was laughed at not only by her class mates, but by her gym teacher, 30 minute Hit is the first time I have every consistently(3 times a week for almost a year) kept up with any fitness routine. It's convenient, fun, and a great atmosphere. The trainers are amazing and so are the women working out alongside you. This has changed me both physically and mentally for the better!

This has been one of the most wonderful things I have ever done for myself. I started at the end of February and I already am down over 13 pounds. I fit into my clothes better. I feel amazing. My resting heart rate went from 70+ to 55. Jen, Madi, Larissa, and the owner Elena are absolutely amazing!!! There is truly such a beautiful community of women at this gym. As scary as it seemed to me for my free trial, it ended up being the most rewarding thing ever and it’s now just like going home for a half hour (maybe more, we like to chat it up after!!!) Special shoutout to Jen because she has pushed me WAY beyond any limits I thought I had and she makes my Saturday morning a great one!!! WISH I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS!

The 30min goes quick! Its kinda pricey, but also a lot of fun. I like that its a circuit, so i just show up, do the loop of exercises and leave. I know what to expect and get to do all the things every time without having to plan anything myself. Very positive environment and the trainers are wonderful!

This is the first group workout gym that I ever joined and, so far, I haven’t regretted for a bit! The coaches are very helpful, workout routine is challenging but achievable, all the ladies I work out with are very supportive, and the place smells so nice!! They have different options for membership and you can pause if you need, which is much more flexible than other gyms I’ve been to. Overall, I’d recommend to others who want to start a fun but challenging workout routine!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I joined 30 Minute Hit in late July/early August 2023 and I have absolutely loved it. I was going to the gym before that but needed something different to keep my gym motivation up and to work on my cardio. I love how it’s 30 minutes and can be done at the gym surrounded by an amazing community or at home when I have those busy nights. I have POTS from long COVID and I really like how the trainers (Elena and Maddie) have been helpful with modifications while also making sure I have a good burn. If you’re looking for a fun, uplifting community with the plus of a good workout, definitely join!!

I've been going here for since April. It is a great experience! The mix of high-intensity boxing and kickboxing gives you a real sweat at the end. I like that it is only a women's gym, so I feel more comfortable working out there. Not only do you get a great workout in 30 minutes, but you get such great support from the trainers. I never leave the place discourage, but encourage. Every time I am there I am always challenged and learned some type of new move, plus how to do defended myself in real life situation.
Another great thing about this place is that even if you cannot get in the gym you can always do it at home or anywhere else. They have access to full online videos at anytime of the day, seven days a week.
Overall, it is worth 30 minutes of your day to workout. The trainers are great and friendly, the environment is great and fun. There are fun monthly challenges to win some awesome prizes! It is worth checking out and your time.

Best place EVER!!! I have been looking for a place to workout that pushes you but understands your limits that are nice and actually care about you and your goals. When I tell you I found the most perfect place to workout and for only 30 minutes and it’s fun clean and friendly AND you can bring your kids if you don’t have a babysitter ( which was one of the biggest reason I couldn’t workout for so long !!) and they show you what to do and how to do everything!!! And when you leave you actually feel so good about yourself. So if you are like me you should join ASAP

For years, I have been wanting to try boxing, but never really did follow through with the idea. One day I was scrolling on Instagram and saw their 30 Minute Hit free trial ad. I decided why not? So I contacted them and started that Saturday! Easily one of the best decisions I have ever made! The owner of the facility Elena is extremely nice and helpful when it comes to learning the techniques. There is also two other trainers there Bonnie and Maddie, who are just as equally amazing. The best part is that the workout is quick and works your whole body. I have never felt better honestly, and I can feel myself getting stronger! Plus, it is a good way to let out that aggression after a long day! It's a judgement free area with only positive women wanting to see each other succeed in our boxing journey. 10/10 would recommend coming here!

If you’re not a 100% positive that you’ll not get injured, get busy or you won’t like it, Do Not get a membership.
At first, when I was signing the contract, the owner said, if something happened will talk about it and will reach an agreement, she reassured me not to worry about it when I was signing. 3 min later, I stopped going, and I did the hold twice as she said, then when it came to cancel the membership because I got hand injury, and my hand started to feel pain after boxing, she said no, I cannot cancel at all and all 12 months must be paid in full even thonever used it.
So if you’re absolutely positive that nothing will happen or you’re not gonna like it because if their tight schedule & it doesn’t fit any working person. Get any other gym membership or get title club at least they’re more lenient with cancellation and have more options with scheduling.

I was somewhat apprehensive about kickboxing due to my age and not being in the best shape. I was looking for some bone building activities. Elena and her trainers assured me that I could go along at my own pace. This proved true. I found I liked the encouragement and gentle pushing into new territory of trying different techniques. My cardio and strength have improved greatly since starting 6 months ago. I like that the stations are the same, but you get a different workout each time you go because there are so many variations at each station. I like the brightness of the studio and the camaraderie of the staff and other women. For a total body workout, all in 30 minutes, this is the place.

I can't say enough about this program. After going through breast cancer and gaining weight, I was looking for something I could stick to, lose weight, and get stronger. It has done all those things and more. Experienced, knowledgeable, and caring trainers, now friends, have motivated me to keep getting stronger and stick with it this program. Going to 30 Minute Hit in Avon is worth it! I have never liked to exercise, but now I WANT to go to the gym. I appreciate that it’s for women only. It’s perfect for people with no experience to people with prior training, for introverts or extroverts, and for any age range. And while the trainers are genuinely kind and supportive, they certainly also will push you to learn more and to improve. In addition, they will make accommodations to the stations based on physical limitations if you have health/physical challenges. Members are friendly and offer additional encouragement too. It is a great (and clean) environment if you’re looking for a new exercise experience. It has an excellent vibe and is a real stress buster! You WILL feel better while learning REAL skills. I suggest reaching out to the owner, Elena, for your FREE trial. When I scheduled my FREE trial, Elena was pregnant and HITting away…I thought, “If she can do this pregnant, I CAN do this too.” Glad I pushed myself outside my comfort zone! I have already renewed my membership for next year.

Love the place , the vibes , the cleanliness,the trainers ,Elena the owner and how it is a very friendly stress free environment. One of the best things about it is ,it is an all women gym which makes you very comfortable and carefree.
The exercise program works all your body and you can actually see results in weeks, it teaches you self defense , boosts your confidence plus it takes all your stress away which is a bonus.
Trainers push your limits to the maximum and are always attentive to your technique and posture which makes you get the best of your 30 minute training.

If you can predict that you may get injured and can not continue with the excersies, you are still responsible for the entire term of your contract regardless of your life circumstances. I signed up for a year and only a month in injured my knee. I paused my account for a month so I could heal my knee but after consulting an orthopedic surgeon, decided best to not continue with the kickboxing. Well, turns out you cannot cancel or terminate. YOU ARE responsible for the amount of time you contracted for. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY and if you plan on unforseen incidents just go to a gym where you can cancel without paying out your contract. Go elsewhere that offers kick boxing. Save yourself $1050

I’m so glad I joined a few months ago! It’s an amazing 30 minute workout, which makes it easy to fit into my busy schedule. This place is amazing. You get a full body workout in just 30 minutes. You can get the day’s frustrations out and clear your mind. You learn techniques and different ways to challenge your body. The owner and trainers push, motivate, and celebrate with you. The facility is clean and they are constantly sanitizing the equipment. Highly recommend.

Was coerced into presigning contract under the verbal agreement that I would be back if my boyfriend said it was okay since he was paying. Nothing was said about me having to notify them. It is super fantastic I absolutely love Elena and barb they are awesome trainers I love coming here I was going to a regular gym and not getting a good workout I wasn’t seeing results but I started at 40 minute hit and I’ve lost 7 pounds and my BMI has dropped 4% in just a month I’m losing the weight slowly and the right way they make us all feel bad important and welcome if you are looking for a fun friendly atmosphere and a great workout join here all woman are welcome !!!!
