A bit run down, subpar equipment, not as clean as it could be, but I still love it here. I honestly think you will too. It has charm that I can't explain. The clientele is quiet and respectful. No one will make you feel self-conscious here. Very affordable.

This gym has a lot of potential. Membership is $10 a month + ~$40 annual fee + ~$20 new member fee. The operating hours are very reasonable. The free weights are old and unorganized. There's a pretty decent selection between 30-100 free weights but it gets scarce between 10-30 lbs. I found many of them left scattered throughout the building, not on the racks. There are probably just enough plate weights but if a lot of people wanted to bench press at the same time, there might be some conflict. Theres a good amount of machines. Some of them have cracking in the vinyl coverings and have dust around certain components indicating the staff do not clean the equipment in the off-hours. I did not try the cardio equipment but I saw a member try 5 different treadmills on the balcony before he found one that worked. There was little signage encouraging whiping down the equipment after use and very few members seemed interested in whiping down their equipment after use. The locker rooms were ok. Bathroom facilities left something to be desired.
The lady at the front desk was nice. She seemed to be the only staff there during my visit on a Friday evening.
There were not a lot of people there, and based on the reviews and conversations, it seems like this gym never gets super busy.
This gym has been a 360 fit life since May 2019. Clearly, it was a Fitworks beforehand as there is still signage and advertisements for Fitworks throughout. Some of the equipment is even branded Fitworks, meaning it's older.
The lady at the front desk says they are going through a renovation to update the space, get new free weights, and new cardio equipment. I asked about a timeline but she did not have one to provide. If this gym were to invest in a good set or two of free weights, update their broken cardio equipment, and clean/service the existing machines I would be excited to join. I am worried that the "renovation" is one of those things that the owner says they want to do but will never pull the trigger and get it done.

It's a bare-bones gym at this point but it's never crowded and has a great location.
The new owner changed the name from Fitworks to Fit Life 360 and made some nice cosmetic changes but a good bit of powered equipment is still not functioning properly AND management recently removed the filtered water dispenser and even the beverage vending machines.

Really terrible customer service, and terrible upkeep. Machines are always down, and all this talk of “renovations” is not true — everything is the same.
I am cancelling my membership due to the pandemic situation, but based on their poor customer service I will not be coming back. Some of their competitors might be a little more expensive, but the facilities and working machines make it worth it.
