The Lagree method, started by Sebastian Lagree, is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility to focus on the slow muscle twitch fibers seeing results you may have never thought possible.
All Fitness Levels Welcome!
Whether you are a professional athlete, or someone with little to no fitness background, each workout is designed to accommodate the individual member. Each instructor is there to coach you through the class, whether that be increasing the intensity for you or giving you modifications to suit your fitness level. We welcome and support all fitness levels, and it is our goal to help everyone achieve the transformation they crave.

I had a very bad experience at 513 Lagree. The instructor was extremely rude and even shut the door on my face despite me arriving on time. I reached exactly on time & now they are lying on the reply to this review that I was late. Lol, save it. Clients aren’t fooled by your sly marketing tricks anymore. To make matters worse, they gave my slot to someone else. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fitness studio, and I regularly attend lagree sessions in Dubai. Honestly, I highly do not recommend this place. Save your money & time and go elsewhere.

I came to 513 Lagree about two years ago- my first time back in a group workout class environment. I was so nervous that I would not be able to keep up with the instructor or be judged by other class members for my lack of physical fitness. I am happy to say, I was worried about nothing. Sam, the instructor, adapted the movements to make them more beginner-friendly, took the time to correct my form, and encouraged me throughout. I felt comfortable and confident, and I will definitely be back more often.

513 Lagree will humble you more than you thought possible but in the best way possible! All the coaches are amazing, encouraging, and will challenge you to push yourself. The low impact aspect of the workout is great if you’re looking for a workout that won’t hurt your joints. I love that you can build muscle while working on flexibility and mobility! Everyone from beginner to experienced will enjoy this workout:)

Lagree is such a great workout! It’s (really) hard, but you know you’re getting stronger, and the machines are fun. The instructors at 513 are friendly and encouraging, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. I’m so excited that this resource is available, great full body bang for your buck!

I've been doing something similar to Lagree back home and came here for a couple of classes while visiting during the holidays. The instructor (Kathryn) was excellent - gave a nice overview of the machine and then taught clear and very challenging classes. She kept the whole class motivated while ensuring that everyone was challenged and keeping a good form. A great place for a great workout!

Such an incredible workout with even better instructors. The slow tempo really gets your muscles firing in the BEST way! I’ve seen changes in my body like I never have in any other workout. Not only is it a physical workout but also a MENTAL one too. You really think about the mind/muscle connection to get the right muscles activated and the focus on the slow tempo forces you to focus, breathe!, and slow everything down-which helps my mind so much. I’ve taken over 100 classes here….safe to say I’m hooked! Try a class! You won’t regret it :)

This is the most effective form of exercise I’ve ever tried. Between the music, the lighting, and the incredible coaches (I haven’t had one bad coach yet)… it’s almost impossible to have a subpar workout. I’ve never “crave” exercising like I do now. I only wish there were more locations!

Challenging and rewarding workout every time! Plenty of direction is given if you are new to lagree. Staff is friendly and upbeat and made me feel welcome as I am new to the area. Each class has been different and challenging, but the coaches explain modifications for all levels. Studio is clean and motivating!!!

I was recommended to 513 Lagree from a from a friend, and I am so happy that I listened. The coaches all want to help you and they make sure the form is correct and they always have an amazing playlist going. No matter what skill level you are, they want you to be there and trying to improve yourself step by step. I don't think I have ever been so shaky in my life! If you want a to try a new workout where you don't want to be judged, this is it. I have already seen so many good changes in my body!

New 513 Lagree member here! I used to be an athlete and since then have had trouble getting myself to go to a gym. I found 513 Lagree and fell in LOVE! Their classes are fun, motivating, and different every time so you never get bored! I also love the small class size (about 8 people maybe). I look forward to being a long term Lagree member!

Such an awesome workout. Most of my workouts are a fast paced, high intensity training or weightlifting but this is SUCH a good compliment to strength training and HIIT workouts. The super slow pace reeeaaallllyyyy gets the muscles burning 🔥 August is an awesome instructor! And Laura! And everyone else too, havent had a bad class yet!

I took my first class this morning with an instructor named Randi. She was awesome! She was super welcoming and made sure I had a good understanding of the moves and how to use the mega. It was a challenging class but Randi offered lots of modifications! She was also very encouraging and motivational! I highly recommend 513 Lagree and checking out a class with Randi!
