Alex is the most knowledgeable trainer in fitness I know. He pushes you in a way that keeps you coming back. He has some of the most intense workouts but the results are worth it! He truly wants the results you want and knows how to get them. I look forward to my workouts and highly recommend Alex and 9Power Fitness.

I was new in town and in a new gym looking for a trainer to help me with a meal plan to reach my personal goals. What I noticed about Alex was how professional and attentive he was to all his clients. When I approached Alex for help, he was very gracious and set me up the same day. After a while I decided I wanted to train with him since I hit a plateau and needed the extra push I was lagging. I can honestly say that was the BEST decision I made. Alex lit a fire in me and inspired me to get back on stage and compete again. He challenges me every time we train and is always encouraging me to push myself beyond my limits to help me grow during my offseason. Great coaches are hard to find, and I am so thankful to have found one in Alex!

Training with Alex long-term has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. He’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always brings the right energy to every session. Even though he absolutely kills me during workouts (in the best way possible!), the vibe is somehow still relaxing and entertaining—almost like a spa session with dumbbells. The only time I went to a gym was when I was 15 but only for a couple of months. I'm 53 now and need to be healthy so Alex show me how to workout correctly at a gym 13 weeks with him and now I will be on my own thanks to Alex.

Alex is a great and genuine person that is easy to talk to , listens to your needs and wants to help achieve your goals. He is very knowledgeable , creates workouts based off the individual client , and is very supportive in pushing you through your workout. I have seen Alex in the gym for a few years before using him as a trainer and all of his clients have grown drastically both physically and mentally in those years and you can tell how much his clients enjoy their relationship with him . Alex is amazing! If I could give him 1000 stars and more I would! He is so inspiring, very focused for you to accomplish your goals. I have lost 20 lbs since starting with him Feb 18, 2024! He keeps me motivated and his meal plan is also just as amazing as he is a trainer! If you want to lose weight, get toned, etc.. Alex is the person you should reach out! I could not lose the weight going through menopause and my daughter introduced me to him and he mapped out a meal plan with exercise and it is coming off when my doc at Cleveland clinic said, “this is what it is” after I was working out and eating healthy! I got into those white jeans again!☺️ I am very happy with him and my progress! Thank you Alex! Keep doing what you do! You are truly blessed and thank you for believing in me!

I have been working with Alex for 2 years now. I don't enjoy exercising and force myself to do it. Knowing that Alex is waiting for me and will not judge me makes me show up. We now have a group of middle aged women supporting one another under Alex's guidance. We.all have various aches and pains and need variations in our exercises and he accommodates with ease. He has always thought through our workouts based on what we need to focus on, what will push us the right amount and what we feel our needs are.

I came to Alex with a fair amount of experience, both being trained by others but also learning to train myself, and I went to our first session thinking how it would be nice to have someone just look at my form, make sure I was doing the right things and push me through the really hard sets. Alex proceeded to kick my butt in ways I did not think were possible for the next three months. I have been training with him since the fall of 2021 and I don't see myself stopping any time soon. He is always experimenting with new workout plans, and is very good at adapting to a client's needs. Highly recommend having a session with him, no matter what level you are. He really knows what he is doing.

I started training with Alex almost 3 years ago and I have learned SO much from him. When I first started I had no interest in working out consistently and had 0 idea what I was doing. He really helped motivate me and made sure I really understood the form, the movements, and how to get the best out of my workouts. Now it’s almost 3 years later and I workout 5 days a week and I’m the strongest I have ever been and feel better than I ever have! I don’t think it would have happened without his help. Now he writes me different routines that I use on the days I don’t have him, and always checks in on my progress to see if there is anything else I want to focus on or get better at. If I need anything I just call him, he always answers or gets back to me really quickly. He really takes the time to know his clients too. Even on your worst and least motivated days, he finds a way to get you to push yourself and motivate you. I would recommend Alex to anyone, he is a great trainer and he really cares about his clients and their goals.

I worked with Alex at 9power fitness. In the time we worked together we were able to construct a full body recomposition with a lift of my chest, separation in my muscle and add mass to my overall size. I was apprehensive to get a personal trainer to first, but after meeting Alex, my fear dissipated. Before our 1st session Alex called me to find out what my fitness goals were. Alex was patient with me, and he developed a workout routine that was tailored to my current abilities until I became stronger. Alex also helped me log my meals on an app , where he could monitor what I was eating, and helped me incorporate a healthy diet. I would recommend Alex to anyone who is looking for a dedicated personal trainer.

I started working out for the first time in my life last year with a trainer from a local gym. After learning the basics of form and consistently working out over the course of the year, I decided to try another gym and trainer. That is when I met Alex. Alex is very passionate about his training and helping his clients. He wants his clients to understand that they have the ability to push past the limits in which they set upon themselves. Not only did Alex create a custom program for me, but he also helps me track my nutrition through an app, and keeps me on my toes by doing so. Alex is nothing short of AMAZING 🤩
I started my journey with him October 2022. He pushes me not only in my workouts for a whole body transformation but to just be a better more focused person daily. Fitness is hard especially as you get older. He is someone I have come to trust and able to talk to him about everything my body goes through. It’s been tough at times and wanted to quit but for some reason I always go back every week and my routine at the gym has turned around tremendously with his guidance and I no longer feel overwhelmed by myself walking into the gym. I HIGHLY recommend Alex if you want results not only to your body but to your mind as well ❤️. I have come to love who I am. Progress is always progress even when I fall short.
