A New HoriZen also offers personalized holistic health and wellness services such as Reiki and Ayurveda. Ayurveda translates to “the science or knowledge of life.” It is the sister science to yoga and has been practiced for over 5,000 years. The goal of Ayurveda is to recognize and nurture the balance of mind and body, making conscious lifestyle decisions that will optimize individualized health. Reiki originated from Japan and is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing.

Absolutely love this little yoga studio! All the teachers are attentive and care about each student and their specific needs. The classes are unique with different music played at each class. From “chair yoga” to “flow and sculpt,” there is yoga for everyBODY!! It’s my sanctuary and happy place.

This studio has such gentle vibes! The owner, Jackie is so kind and positive! Every class is taught in a way that every student is seen and heard. Lots of individual attention and hands on (if you so desire) help to get your posture and poses just right. An emphasis on each individual's needs and development makes this such a great place to learn and perfect my yoga practice. I highly recommend this studio!

I had a reiki session with the owner Jackie and had an opportunity to shop her merchandise area. First off AMAZING reiki session. Felt rested and relaxed yet energized if that makes sense! Her merch is high quality and thoughtful. it's a beautiful welcoming space and I highly recommend!
