"Pilates is a wonderful well-rounded form of exercise. It is not just about stretching nor just about abdominals. Pilates teaches you to work from your core, but is a full body workout that uses springs to create resistance in addition to working with oneβs own body weight. Pilates creates a body awareness that most people donβt have, it helps to bring strength, flexibility, and balance back to a person. The thing that drew Marie in the most and what made her decide to become an instructor was how much Pilates can help people do what they really love and do it better. Whether it is golf, running, swimming, cycling, strength training or just starting out, you name it and Pilates will help."

I've been taking BasicAF with Donnelly for several months now and it's awesome! Her cues are great, it's a challenging class but she gives great modifications, and it feels like it's really good for my body. I've also taken classes with Miranda and she's also great!

Took my first Pilates class here and it was such a great experience! The space is so clean and beautiful, and nothing is better than being greeted by two adorable dogs! Marie was such a great instructor. She made me feel so comfortable, was very helpful throughout the exercises, and taught a killer workout! I felt so good after. Highly recommend!!
