Jeremy is an amazing trainer. I was clueless and apprehensive when I first walked into the gym. Jeremy created a routine that was comfortable for me . Jeremy is encouraging and invested in the health and wellbeing of his clients . I am down 45 pounds, have gained muscle, and now walk through the gym with confidence. Jeremy is a really kind, personable and easy to work with trainer that I’ve been working with for approximately 6 months. I have a decrease in lower back pain, increase strength in arms and legs and general feeling of being healthier. On days I’m feeling uninspired to be at the gym Jeremy is very motivating / encouraging and patient!!! Excellent in terms of instructions, helping me to learn various exercises with proper form and always willing to assist to reach rep goals. Can’t thank Jeremy enough.

I’ve been working with Jeremy for the last year and successfully lost 15lbs as well been able to maintain a gym routine. He’s a great trainer and very personable! He pushes me to work harder on the days when i have trouble motivating myself and has created a meal plan that is both easy to cook and easy to follow. Highly recommend booking with him!!

I’ve worked with Jeremy in the past for personal training and diet plans and it was honestly a great experience! He definitely knows what he’s doing and has great experience in the fitness Industry! He’s always available to answer questions if you’re not understanding something and is always willing to help and make his clients succeed! I definitely recommend him as a trainer if you’re struggling with your workouts or diet plan !!
