When I started working with Amber a few months ago, my goals were to build and improve my strength, balance and flexibility. I feel that happening with each workout session and I feel it at home with my every day activities, and I am so glad that I started this journey with Amber. I have a couple of old injuries and Amber has exercises to work on strengthening the muscles around the injuries to make me stronger. I meet with Amber twice a week and she is constantly changing things up, adding more weights and or reps to strengthen my core. I could not do this by myself. She is motivating and encouraging and pushes me to do my best. I would recommend her to my friends and family, and I am recommending her here on this site to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.

Amber is such an amazing person and trainer. She takes the time to research and learn exactly what you need to grow and get in shape. If you are having a rough day or any medical issues she can quickly figure out a different exercise to still work that muscle group. I highly recommend using Amber as your trainer. She is so great at encouraging you through your sets as well. You won't be disappointed.

Amber is an amazing trainer who cares about the people she trains. I definitely recommend her if you’re interested in getting healthy and improving your quality of life. I’ve learned a lot of helpful things from Amber, from changing my eating habits to what workouts target certain areas of my body. I enjoy working with Amber because she really passionate about what she does as well as how comfortable she makes you feel while you’re working with her. She pushes you to do better to improve yourself. I never felt confident in working on certain machines and weights but she made sure I knew what I was doing and continued to show me if I wasn’t doing the workout moves correctly. She’s amazing!!!!

I’ve been working out with Amber for about 6 months. I started going to the gym in February 2022 but would just walk the track. I wanted to start strength training but was too nervous and didn’t know where to start. Amber was highly recommended, and she has been fantastic to work with. She met me where I was and has slowly pushed me towards lifting heavier weights, adding exercises, and better form/control. In 6 months, I can now hip thrust 110lbs and RDL 75lbs which are huge improvements for me. She’s always encouraging and adapts if something hurts or doesn’t work for your specific needs. With anything, you have to be consistent and put in the work. I’ve stayed consistent and with her help I feel confident when I work out by myself now.

I have been a long time member of the rec center, but have not gone there regularly and I needed someone to help me get on track with a good workout plan that I could easily follow and Amber was great! She put together two different plans for me and we did them together for six appointments and she made sure I understood the weights, how to use the machines and felt comfortable with everything before I went on my own. I highly recommend her.!

I shared on Facebook that I was looking for a physical trainer. By the end of the day I was talking to Amber. Her name came up quite a few times on my post. A couple of days later she had already scheduled our 1st meeting. At this point I had never been in a gym before let alone done any weight lifting or training. I've been training with Amber for over 2 years. I have to say I'm in the best shape of my life. Amber has been incredibly disciplined her entire life when it comes to diet and exercise. Her dedication to health and personal fitness in her own life is an extremely valuable asset as a personal trainer. This is the type of person you want to be your personal trainer. The hardest thing about making the decision to hire a personal trainer is the commitment. You need to develop a routine and stick with it. Every session, Amber comes with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. It rubs off on you. She really helped me develop that motivation and positive mindset that transformed working out from a chore into something I actually enjoy. Quite possibly the most important thing. Amber is genuine. She truly cares about her clients. Nobody want a family doctor that doesn't care about them right? The same goes for a personal trainer.

Amber is a great personal trainer! She's very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with those new to working out regularly. She'll push you with her persistent positivity, but she's not hounding you for every last rep or overly aggressive. Amber knows the target areas I wanted to hit and accommodated it. She worked at a pace that did not hurt me yet gave me results I was looking for.
