I had a family member taking a group down here today and when she went to use the restroom, she was told that she could not use it and had to walk down the street to the hospital. This is very much unacceptable.

If you're there for an event...make sure you tell the parking garage. They will charge you an crazy amount of money...There is no other parking options available.
