This “one stop shop” is here to meet all your needs. We offer personal training, group classes in the gym, Circuit training, yoga classes from heated with infrared to non-heated, beginner yoga and mat Pilates. I absolutely love Advanced Training! The instructors are incredibly motivating and truly know their stuff — every class feels guided by real expertise. I have been working out regularly here for over a year including training with Abby and Pilates. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. The instructors are so welcoming and ease my gym anxiety. I love the classes. They are challenging yet you can modify if needed. I love to start my Saturdays with Hilary’s Pilates class. I have been training for several years now. I have been impressed with the variation in instructor let exercises. You can tell the staff is very experienced and knowledgeable but true truly love what they do.

My personal favorite classes are the hot power yoga and stations. The instructors make the classes challenging but also dynamic in that you never know what you will be doing and sometimes new exercises that I have never tried before.

I would highly recommend this place for taking classes when time is available or also if you routinely work out through out the week.

I’ve ventured in to Michelle’s hot yoga class 7 years ago, and to this day Advanced Training is my absolute favorite gym/studio. If you want to experience a variety of class options (so you don’t get bored), unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, supportive staff, and actually commit to your health journey this place is perfect for you!

Advance Training Fitness and Yoga is hands down the best training facility. I've been going for a few years now, training a couple times a week with Abby, and I've never felt better. When I first started, I was nervous--an out of shape 50-something trying to improve my health. From day one, Abby assured me that the workouts would be challenging, but always double. Since then, she has consistently pushed me, and I've grown stronger both physically and mentally. This has been the absolute best investment I could have made in myself.

Advanced Training is the all around best gym and studio to work on multiple facets of your fitness journey. The coaches and trainers are by far some of the most uplifting and dedicated people who want you to achieve your goals. It's hard to not want to come back because it becomes such an addiction.

I have been going to Advanced Training once a week for the past two months and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience here. As someone who has been dealing with a knee injury for several years and has been undergoing physical therapy, I have noticed significant improvements in my flexibility and recovery since starting yoga. The progress I’ve made here has surpassed what I was achieving with just physical therapy alone.

The environment at this studio is incredibly welcoming, and the people create such a positive and supportive atmosphere. Signed up for slow flow and restore, supposed to be for all levels of yoga and great for people with PTSD and/or trauma. Left about 20 minutes into it because there was nothing slow, calming, or relaxing about it. All I heard was bark bark bark moves...talk talk talk. It was not slow, not restorative, and slow, not calming. If it had been described accurately and I had the right expectations, then I probably would've enjoyed it, but it was not at all my impression based on the class description.

Excellent experience with Advanced Training Fitness and Yoga. While visiting family and planning to be in and out of the Columbus area for a couple of months, I looked online for a hot yoga studio as I had recently tried that again in order to help get off some of the COVID lockdown weight gain and came across this location just a few miles away. Found that the yoga, HIIT classes, and Boot Camp class were all fantastic here. Easy to book the classes online, excellent price point, great instructors, and overall a very friendly atmosphere. Very impressed with the owner and all of her team, this place has been great and has really helped me keep moving on my fitness journey this year. They keep an overall theme for the classes, but mix it up so that you don't get bored. Even on days I don't really want to work out I know that these classes will go quickly and that I will always feel better once they are done. I would highly recommend Advanced Training for all ages and fitness levels, they seem to have something for everyone.

This gym is amazing! As a part time RN and full time stay at home Mom I desperately needed a place to get away and this gym provides a supportive, welcoming and diverse environment. The hot yoga is INCREDIBLE, I leave feeling so challenged and tired and happy every single time. I've taken yoga all over the country and this is the best hot yoga class I've taken and Michelle is amazing guide. I vowed I would never set foot in a gym. I wanted to, I just didn't think any gym would work for me. My sports medicine doctor told me about Michelle at Advanced Training and with her encouragement I went once. Then twice. I’ve been going to Advanced Training since Michelle first started hot yoga, years ago. So to say that I love it and am addicted to it is an understatement. Michelle and all the instructors there are amazing. Classes are always challenging, never the same, trying something new out. They really are the best. I would never go anywhere else.

Advanced Training has some of the best hot power yoga classes around the Canal/Pickerington area… also if want strength training whether it’s personal or one of the many classes they offer, YOU WILL BURN and SWEAT! Michelle is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer and fosters a welcoming workout environment. I've tried several different gyms and classes but this is by far my favorite. The strength training and yoga classes are challenging yet rewarding and kept me coming back for the last five months, which is longer than I've stuck to any other workout regimen. You sign up for classes online and pay per class, which I find more flexible than a contractual monthly membership. My sister encouraged me to attend classes here and it truly changed my life. I'm almost 30 pounds down and have more energy than anytime since high school. All while attending workout classes that I actually enjoy instead of dreading.
