I’ve been going here since 2022 and I’ve never had a better experience. I tried other gyms but none match the environment and family we have here!

The previous location was nice, but the new one is fantastic! There's more space, machines organized by body part, tons of weights, bumpers, and dumbbells (with a current max of 135 lbs), two complete racks, a Smith machine, a Monolith, deadlift platforms, cable machines, and more. For those wanting to enhance their posing and competition skills, there's a dedicated posing room. Plus, there's a spacious padded area for yoga and calisthenics, boxing bags, MMA gear, and a section specifically for strongman workouts.

There are changing rooms and a shower available.

The gym operates 24/7 all year round, making it easy to accommodate anyone's schedule. The membership fees are also quite reasonable.

Super kind staff, great equipment, super cheap. Only $3 for a day pass. Kid friendly, welcoming environment. Everything you could want in a gym, including any possible machine.

Best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are welcoming, the day passes are absurdly cheap (only $3!!!), and the equipment is top-tier. I can confidently say no gym in the area rivals it.

Amazing staff, high quality equipment, and very reasonably priced. Found them off of google maps when I was in town visiting and was very pleased.

After two months at Advocate of Iron, I can confidently say this is hands down the best gym I've ever been a part of. What truly sets it apart isn't just the fantastic equipment, but the genuine dedication of its owner, Josh.
From the moment you walk in, you feel the passion Josh has for creating an exceptional training environment. He's not just running a business; he's truly invested in the success and satisfaction of every single member. It's incredibly refreshing to have an owner who actively listens and helps all the people who train there.
In just the short two months I've been a member, I've seen firsthand how committed Josh is to improving the gym. He's already purchased three new machines based solely from the feedback of the members. This level of responsiveness and care is rare and makes a huge difference.
Advocate of Iron isn't just a place to work out; it's a thriving community where you feel supported and motivated. If you're looking for a gym where the owner is truly on your side and constantly striving to make things better, look no further than Advocate of Iron. You won't be disappointed!

Best gym around the Cincinnati area. Has a wide variety of professional equipment and day passes are only $3 with a 7 day free trial. For only an extra $10 a month u can get a couples pass. Very family friendly and the owner is super involved and a cool guy.

Stopped in yesterday to try out the gym. I enjoy powerlifting, and I’m not the biggest or best by a long shot. The people there were accommodating, kind, and left me alone to do what I came to do. I greatly appreciate that.

I can’t really imagine anyone there being unwilling to help you out if you were new to the sport. Lots of great equipment that will make you strong.

I signed up for the monthly membership, and the pricing is incredible. If you’re in the area and looking for a day pass they offer it, and it’s more affordable than a cup of coffee.

Machines, barbells, dumbbells, old school power and body. “Free” weights. Time tested and proven to get you strong. Great place, happy it’s in my town.

I absolutely love this place. First, it’s 24 hrs. I think ALL gyms should be 24 hrs. Different people have different schedules.
What I love about this place is everything! They have many options for payments depending on what fits your needs to a schedule.
Next, Josh, the guy that you talk to when you call the gym is absolutely wonderful. He is polite, considerate and always answers.
The gym is just neat. It’s just one big open space. The people are cool that go there and it fits my needs being I am a hooper and I need mirrors. I just move some equipment around and go to town. They have loud music that motivates you and I’m pretty sure depending on who is there you can switch the music up if you’re like the only person or something. It’s never that old school music that most gyms play. Nothing wrong with old school music btw, just don’t prefer it to work out to. Lol
After searching high and low for a decent gym and after two bad experiences at different YMCA’s I am just so happy to have found a place that has good ethics and who actually care about the people that pay to go there. I wish everyone would do business this way. I have to drive 35 minutes to get there, but it’s worth it when you’re getting your needs met and people are grateful for your business. Way to go Advocate of Iron! 🙏
