I have never done yoga in a very cold room☹️
I took a strength and stretch class and was freezing. The room was super bright. Class instructor was good but I was too distracted by freezing.

Hi! I just wanted to report another positive experience with Agni Yoga studio in Mayfield Heights. After being away from my yoga practice for a spell, I returned this past weekend to get myself centered and all. I had only intended to take a class as a walk in but was introduced to a wonderful promotion for unlimited yoga for the month of September; great time of year. And I was also involved in an excellent restorative class with Sue McC and purchased a couple of other items with the help of Sarah P. This studio just helps with placing someone back into the right kind of mood.
Thank you, much

My niece Hannah and I decided to try yoga and searched for the closest studio in our area. We chose Agni Yoga Studio, which was conveniently located in the back of Eastgate. (We were also lucky enough to find a Groupon for our first group of classes, so we figured we had nothing to lose for checking it out.) Of course, there was nothing to worry about, because we loved it! Despite being overly nervous for our first class, we went in and immediately felt welcomed by the staff. The studio is attractive, clean, and has a very relaxing vibe to it. During our first class, Deb went out of her way to make sure we were doing the poses correctly, and stressed that it’s more about practice than perfection. We’ve since become big fans of the Vinyasa Flow classes and look forward to our weekly classes with Sue and Olga. Class sizes are relatively small (usually 3 to 8 people), and they’re always a bit different so that keeps them interesting. If you’re looking for a healthy way to get out of your head (with all those kooky thoughts that may be running around in it!), I highly recommend the classes at Agni!

Agni Studio is a peaceful studio offering yoga all day every day. I love that each instructor has their own style, so you don't get bored with the same person every day. I had a little trouble finding the place my first time, but it is right next to the theater near Winking Lizard! The changing rooms and restrooms are super clean as is the rest of the studio. Great place!

Deb's Vinyasa Flow class is the best- challenging but still beginner friendly with modifications for those with little yoga experience.

I stayed for 3 weeks in an Ayurveda Ressort nearby, where Vimal was our daily Yoga teacher. I always hated Yoga, but with Vimal it started to become a real great pleasure and passion for me, because he introduced me into the deeper meaning of Yoga and so I took some more private lessons with him. Now I am addicted to Yoga and I still do the programm he created for me every morning for one hour and my body feels 10 years younger now. I also was invited to his homestay, its very nice and clean and only one minute to the sea. Vimal and his family are most amiable and grateful persons and I will come back next year for sure.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Agni Yoga Studio for being a peaceful haven for me to heal, strengthen, and ground. Last week, I had two especially healing classes with Kathi. She is a very inspired teacher genuinely caring about each of her students. I always feel better after her yoga poses, stretches and spiritual readings. Thank you, Kathi!

I have been an instructor at Agni Yoga Studio since April, 2014. The reason why I wanted to be a part of the staff at Agni is because I trained at the Deepak Chopra Center, as the studio founder did. The idea that this studio markets itself as a healing arts studio vs. a fitness center appealed to me. I have not been disappointed. The staff welcomes students of all levels and abilities and takes pride in honoring each individual's path on their journey. We love our students! Come take a class, Reiki, a Thai Yoga Massage, a therapeutic massage, as well as other healing treatments.
Location is to the left of the theater around back in Eastgate Shopping Center.

I took the free yoga class that was given by Tracie Zamiska and I was very happy with the class. The instruction was very good and Tracie did an excellent job of instructing and helping with alignment. I really enjoyed the class and would take another class that Tracie would be teaching.
