I only have amazing things to say about this studio. I love the vibes, how everything is so clean all the time, Marya Barrios is an amazing teacher, leaves you sweeting AND with a big smile every time. Aerial fit yoga has been the kind of challenge my body really appreciates. I feel stronger and also more connected to my body. I feel like I’m doing such an integral workout and for that, I’m sticking to them!

Such an awesome concept, aerial yoga is so hard to find I’m glad Alive Mvmt came to town! I love how I feel after I go upside down.

Amazing experience, Brennan was really nice and even though it was my first time doing aerial, I felt comfortable and confident with her teaching style. I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to do it 🇲🇽

Love Marya’s and Brenan’s aerial classes! They are the perfect combination of challenging and relaxing, athleticism and flexibility, balance and support. The classes tap into my inner child, who loves to swing and hang upside down. Brenan and Marya are excellent instructors, teaching to all levels of the class and providing accommodations as needed/requested. I highly recommend everyone try aerial yoga at Alive!

Brenan is an exceptional yoga teacher that makes the experience more than just a class. She ensures the whole room feels welcome. Her unique sequencing leaves you wanting more and is often movement not seen in the other studios of Columbus.
You are missing out if you have not taken class with her before!

My experience in Brenan's aerial yoga class at Alive Yoga was exceptional. Brenan's warm and inclusive teaching style created a welcoming atmosphere that made everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis, feel comfortable and supported.
I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I didn’t feel the pressure that i had to do every single pose perfectly. Everything i did felt affirmed and appreciated.
What i like the most about brenan’s classes is that it feels like an immersive experience, not just a yoga class.

I really enjoyed the tranquilty aerial yoga class taught by Rebekah. It was my first time incorporating an aerial apparatus into my personal yoga practice - great instructions were provided for beginners like me. I loved the cacoon hammock at the end of class.

Mayra is amazing. Her energy is outstanding and her knowledge of yoga practice is exceptional. You can’t help but find her voice and music selection to be so calming and grounding. I highly recommend her regular or arial classes. She really understands how to leverage the hammock to give you an even deeper stretch.
