This is the exercise plan I needed to make the most of my time, money, and results. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and kind. We have loved our experience at Alloy. It’s been a year, love the trainers and fellow class members. Feels like family. Exercise routine changes everyday so there is no getting used to one thing. Your body will continue to strengthen. You can get a body scan before and follow your metrics to track your progress. If you have issues with a certain part of your body the trainers will adjust the exercises for you. It’s a small class, max of 6 people so a very personalized experience. Love the finishers at the end of class. Big shout out to Christine, Jordan and Leonel!!! That are fantastic

As someone who had NEVER "worked out" before, I have been able to consistently stay with this program for almost a year now (2x's per week)! That is due to excellent trainers like Jordan and Christina and a unique program that can easily cater to all fitness levels and any degree of injury. I joined Alloy because it was the perfect happy medium between group fitness classes (with little to know personal attention) and individual personal training. I like the small group atmosphere that Alloy provides; there is time and bandwidth to assist with form/technique and to see the movement demonstrated if you aren't the quickest learner. I am mostly in class led by Jordan and Christina. The advantage of seeing the same trainers over-and-over again, is they know exactly when and how to push you beyond prior limits while also having a good understanding of any physical limitations (i.e. am clumsy). I've really enjoyed my time attending Alloy and intend to continue with my membership. Overall, I consider Alloy to be a key factor in my overall mental/physical health and wellbeing.

Been coming since July 2024 and have been hooked ever since! I’ve worked out with all the trainers and love all my sessions, each trainer knows how to push each person to their limits and then dig some more. My Thursday evening sessions with Christina are special because it’s like working out with a friend and trainer. Jordan really knows when to motivate me and push myself. Lynell has been a great addition and really adds a personal training experience touch. Glad to work out with such a great group of trainers and individuals!

Jordan is a really great trainer. He’ll push you past what you think you are capable of, in the best way. He’s also thoughtful about modifying exercises that may impact an existing injury, so that you still get the best work out possible while maintaining your safety and health.

This is exactly what I needed to get myself working on my health and fitness! Everything else that I’ve tried has fizzled out when I got bored or lost motivation, but at Alloy they keep me accountable and change the workouts so frequently that I never have a chance to get bored. All of the trainers have been great: personable, hard working, and focused on us having a good experience every session. I love working with Jordan and Christina because they both know how to push me to do my best work and when to up my weight or reps. After just a few months, I’m stronger and healthier in a way that I would never have been on my own.

I’ve been coming for 3 weeks now and really like it! Jordan is who I’ve trained with and he is very knowledgeable and gives great instruction on form. He supervises carefully to prevent injury and tailors the exercises for each individual’s abilities, challenging us appropriately. Lots of encouragement given here and good music for motivation. The other clients are welcoming and there to work hard, it’s not a pretentious place and I appreciate that.
