Stopped working out here in May cause a trainer injured my knee so I canceled my subscription. August they started billing my credit card with out my consent never scheduled me for any training session then billed me again 29 days later never answering the phone or replying to my messages these people are trash had to close my account for them to stop billing me .

Alloy Fitness is the place to go if you like small group training, sometimes one on one and you need encouragement to keep returning. This place is clean and small without the intimidation of a big gym. I joined because after beating cancer where I lost most of my muscle mass, I knew I had to do something to get back strength, especially when my doctor said I needed to improve my upper body strengthening. I took the leap and started 2 months ago. I am so surprised and encouraged to keep going as I see the difference the last 2 months has had on my life. Alloy Fitness has great trainers, Brayton, Tanner and Rianna who customize your fitness level and are very knowledgeable when it comes to adjusting your workout to help fit any lifestyle and fitness level. Age is just a number (I’m almost 70) and you don’t have to look and feel it so, I’m thrilled I made the leap and got off the couch. My strength and balance has greatly improved and I’m always looking forward to meeting people in my age group.

This is the place! If you've been looking for a way to be a healthier, stronger version of yourself but haven't found it, look no further. I was a skeptic about personal training and struggled committing to other gyms because of decision fatigue, I get bored or it's too fast paced (and I have 0 coordination). Alloy Personal Training is perfect if you're looking for a positive place with small groups for an effective workout. At first, I was reluctant to start working out with a personal trainer due to my health problems and my age. I am almost 70 and my muscle mass has decreased over the years. I set up an appointment with Tanner. He put me through a series of exercises to see what I was capable of. To my surprise, he told me that I was stronger than I thought I was. There are many things that I cannot do but the trainers at Alloy modify them for my capabilities. If I cannot do the exercise, they give me an alternative that works the same muscles. The trainers are patient and very encouraging. The classes are small so that everyone gets one on one attention. I would recommend Alloy Personal Training to anyone any age who wants to get in shape.

As someone who has a history of being averse to working out, Alloy has helped me come around. Brayton is an excellent trainer and helps me make sure my form is proper without overstressing any of my weaker areas. The workouts go by oddly quickly and going at your own pace is encouraged.

The programs cover different body parts and Rhiana readily adapts to your personal physical weaknesses .. these are small groups no more than 6 total and often just 1-2.. having done Orange Theory fitness for three years .. this is a needed and great place for where I am in my fitness journey …

Feeling great just after a few weeks of working again. I used to workout regularly and life took me away. I enjoy the small class size and a solid, focused workout 45-50 minutes. I am getting my energy back. The trainers, Tanner and Brayton, are aware of any issues like lower back tightness and modify the exercise. Both are very supportive and positive - keeping me motivated. I’ve found that Tanner and Brayton are great at adapting the planned exercises for those with joint issues. I've always been a runner, but have never done any kind of resistance or weight training. Now that I've passed age 60, I need to do more to get and maintain muscle tone. Enter Alloy Training in West Chester! I felt at home there right away. There aren't mirrors all over the place or super-intimidating machines to contend with. But the training is REAL. In just four weeks, I'm seeing a big difference in my everyday tasks. My legs were already strong from running, but now my arms are stronger and so is my core. Everyone has been very patient with my newbie inexperienced status, which is much appreciated. I'm just getting started and am excited to progress further. All the trainers are real pros and will give you a great workout with personalized tips. Shoutout to Riana...she's an excellent trainer and great addition to the Alloy team. Highly recommend!

This was the best find ever! I'm almost 72 and have been looking for a place that understands workouts at my age and this is the place! The staff is incredible! If you have any kind of physical issue, they have a way of giving you options for any exercise. Alloy has unique equipment that enables you have a great workout with many ways of having resistance without making you feel like you are compromising. Each session has a max of 6 people so you always have what you need and the trainer is there to help! Can't say enough about the staff very friendly accommodating flexible and always ready to make sure you are doing it right so you don't hurt yourself.

If you have been wanting to get in shape but worried about how to do it, feeling embarrassed or just not sure this is the place to check out, you won't be disappointed!

Also a shoutout to Rhianna for being so nice and putting up with my teasing about singing. She's a good sport, like all the staff.
