Ally Fitness 24/7 is a gym and fitness center catering to everyone's fitness goals no matter what they may be. Loaded with free weights, selectorized circuit strength machines, cardio and functional equipment as well.
We offer fitness classes and personal training too!
Clean, well lit, modern gym feel in a convenient location at the corner of Allentown and Cable roads in Lima, OH. Not too big like the big box gyms but not too small that you feel cramped and have to fight for machines and benches.
Open 24/7 365 for members including all holidays.
Staffed hours are:
Mon Tue and Thur from 5pm - 8pm.
Wed 5pm - 6:30pm
Saturdays from 8am-noon

This is definitely the best gym around. Prices are cheap and all the equipment is high quality. The owners listen and care about everyone. All around a fantastic gym and I highly recommend it to anyone!

If I could give 0 I would . Racist woman that owns it accuses me of stealing even though I bought a day pass, while being the only black person in the gym. Proceeded to make a scene and act like we were crazy. I don’t recommend

Had great equipment everything you need for a good 2 hour workout. Multiple sets of dumbells multiple benches and squat racks. Equipment isn’t new but it all works perfectly. Very pleased.

Visiting from Texas so I got a temporary membership. One of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever worked out in and had everything I needed. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

I love this gym.The people are so welcoming and encouraging. The gym has so many different types of equipment to fit any fitness need and level. Also it’s is always clean, picked up and smells clean. A great environment for working out!

BEST gym around. I’ve been an avid gym-goer in Columbus and Lima both- and Ally Fitness is at the top of my list. From being open 24/7, having EXTREMELY friendly & caring staff and members, always being clean, offering great prices and membership plans; Ally is the all-in-all the perfect gym for anyone seeking to better themselves through their fitness journey. A fine facility and staff. Tim & Rita will make sure that you have all your workout needs satisfied and more. The community atmosphere only makes things even more fun. I have met so many wonderful people who have the same passion for working out and encouraging each other.
This gym has literally saved me in my darker times and I hope to see much success for it in the future.
A fun, friendly, and American atmosphere. Make it how you want it. Anything you please, it's all right there. Classes, private sessions, one-on-ones and free weights all go into this special place.

Called to confirm hours yesterday and on Wednesday they're staffed time was until 6:30. Came today to purchase membership at 4:45, Called the number on the door to get in, Jeff answered and said they only staffed until 5pm.... Sign on the door also said 6:30... again, it was only 4:45. Joked with a gentleman outside that was coming out and he even said the staff was rude. Glad I didn't waste my money.
Update, less than an hour later they have called me multiple times and left multiple voice mails from a Tony who called himself Jeff when he answered the phone, harrasing me about my review.
Tried to say "we are staffed at 5" Fun fact Mr. Business owner, if you have hours on the door and online you should stick to them so there are no mis understandings because the simplicity of it is no one was there during posted hours to sell me a membership when I called in advance.
I can provide the voicemails, call logs and a time stamped picture of the hours on the door when I was there and staff was not.

Very clean gym. Modern equipment. Members seem to treat the equipment well. The place is kept very tidy, which isn't something I can say for all gyms. I'm from out of town and needed a place to get a good workout in. Tim was very helpful. I'll be back in the future.

I am from out of town — Oklahoma City/Norman — and wanted something more than the hotel gym which was lackluster to put it mildly. The owner (Tim) was cool, and it was easy to sign up for a 7 day pass. So if you are just passing through Lima, it is a cool place to get your workout on — sufficiently equipped, 24 hour access, not crowded (at least when I went). If I ever come through Lima again, this is the only gym I need.
